Went to this restaurant with some friends and ordered a variety of dishes. Each dish was meticulously prepared and of high quality. The duck and basashi (horse meat) were both absolutely delicious. We finished everything! Our server was also very attentive and explained how the food was prepared to us.Would recommend trying their desserts as well. The ice cream was creamy and not too sweet. A perfect way to end the meal.

Chris and his partner were very accommodating for our group this morning before a big ride in the local hills.While breakfast is a simple affair itâs fresh and delicious. Great coffee too.A great start to the day!Thank you very much for the great review! Glad we could give you energy for the bike ride up Utsukushigahara. It was fun talking with you and your team. I didn't know very much about biking. Anyway, hope you can find another good biking place around Japan next year, too!

Best blueberry lassi I've ever had. Ok, ok, not great competition for that - but the curries were truly exceptional too. Naans to die for. We stumbled upon this gem just as they were about to close the kitchen, but they kept it open to serve this English family of 4 a fantastic array of Indian and Nepali food and drink. Outstanding. Lovely atmosphere too - helped by the mix of Japanese, Indian and Nepali staff. Definitely recommended!Thank you for your visit.

We stopped in because the sign promised fantastic food and local sake and they did not disappoint! The sake is the best we've had in Japan and the food was so good. We ordered a feast and ate every bite. Then we got some extra sake. :) Excellent service. Warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!We really appreciate your coming from US! Enjoy Matsumoto! Enjoy Japan!
