Enjoy your day at the beach you can walk to or boating on the bay then return to our beautiful outdoor, heated pool (summer only) and courtyard area or enjoy complimentary bikes to ride around town. We are close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to golf. Relax on our beautiful rooftop deck overlooking a panoramic view of the Barnegat Bay and the Barnegat Lighthouse. Reviewed By 736joanndWe just spent the most wonderful three days at the Sandcastle! The room was gorgeous and the breakfasts delicious. The attention to detail to everything is amazing. Hosts Audrey and Brian and staff are most accommodating and welcoming. Walk to the beach or sit by the pool relaxing, you will love the peacefulness of the Sandcastle. We will definitely return and recommend this gem to all!

Minerva's is a year-round family-friendly bed and breakfast, with five units, all with private bath and comfortable distance/separation between each unit. One unit has a private entrance and a full kitchen. Free wi-fi, attractive library and lobby sitting areas. Two rooms have a private decks. Convenient to shops and restaurants, beaches and fishing.Rates from $265, including full breakfast,and use of beach tags, beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes.

Reviewed By Corey AThe owner and caretaker --of her guests primarily, not just the property-- Emma refers to me and my family as recidivists, so often do we find our way to her breakfast table and embracing B&B. We began staying here over ten years ago, and there is simply no place else like it. We especially appreciate the short walk/drive to the beach, the restaurants and shopping (also within a short walk/drive), and the quiet. The south end of LBI is wonderful for evenings, but nothing beats being outnumbered by seagulls during the day, and that is what Barnegat Light offers. Add to that a stay here and you have one of the most vivifying vacations awaiting you and your family. All different rooms are available throughout the B&B, and all manner of comfort as well. When I think of summer, I think of Minerva's...and begin to relax.

Charming Motel
Reviewed By Greg FThis place feels like is should be on Highway 1 in California. Its a cute little motel ma and pa motel. The rooms are clean and great for the price (adjusted for LBI prices). We wanted to stay an extra day after a week-long trip to LBI. This was one of the few motels that did not require a minimum two-night stay. The location is perfect for us because that is where we love to be. You have How You Brewing, Kobels, Old Barney, Daymark, The Islander, Whites Market, Poppys, Zion Lutheran and Mustache Bills all a short walk from the motel which are basically the only places we go.

Clean and no frill
Reviewed By 721JulieSI was very hesitant to book the room but everything around there were full. I was pleasantly surprised the room was very clean and AC was very cold! It’s a simple little room but cleanliness is my top concern. We have a nice stay.
