Only has a few tables for "eat-in" - suspect most of their business is carry-out and catering. Do not let that stop you from stopping in for lunch - we did and were very glad we did! We can highly recommend the chicken sandwich, brisket sandwich and rack of ribs. Nice selection of sauces and sides. Easy parking.Margaret , thank you for your kind words! When you're traveling east of Cville, either headed to Richmond on rt 250 or just going to Zion X Roads or Lake Monticello, take the time to stop by this place. Well worth it in every sense of the word. I'd had pulled pork sandos here and a Brisket sondo, both, outstanding! I recently ordered a smoked Christmas ham and took a small sample to see what we'll be serving tomorrow night and my tastebuds just about jumped out of my mouth! They smoke their own meats on premises. Sooooooo, flavorful and smokey goodness...well worth the trip!

I was excited to see what the local offering would be like for barbecue. The barbecue didnât stand out any better or worse than any of the local barbecue places. However, the problem was the baked beans and the potato salad. If they wouldâve gotten a can of pork and beans from the grocery store or potato salad it wouldâve been about the same. It is extremely unfortunate. I highly recommend the barbecue from a convenience point of you of all the other stores around simply because itâs closer. However as a total package I do not recommend wahoo barbecue.
