Caminito es un agradable lugar, estilo Deli, para desayunar, almorzar, merendar, cenar y tomar un cocktail. Ambiente relajado, para pasar un momento de disfrute. Servimos café Nespresso.
We ventured in expecting it to be another âempanadasâ place with something deep fried and called them empanadas.. VERY WRONG! I lived in Argentina for 1,5 years and my wife is Argentinian, and these are truly real empanadas like they are done in Argentina, best humitas outside of the country! Must try, and the service was impeccable with very friendly couple running the local. If you are in Vejer, and feeling snackish, go there.

We stopped for a drink and a tapa with no frills - which is what we got - no frills (typical friendly but not exactly quick Andaluz service). However all was forgiven when we tasted the patatas con alioli. Yum. Just great. The pigs cheek too was really moist, soft and tasty. Neither of them fine dining, but sometimes that's not what you're after. You just want strong flavours, a drink, sunshine and to rest awhile & watch the world go by.

Buen bar, con una barra pequeña y cuatro mesitas bajas atendido muy bien. Limpio y con algunas tapas de calidad como el jamón de bellota o el queso payoyo. Buen precio.

We went here as part of a guided tapa's tour and enjoyed classic cheese's, olives and hams accompanied by draft beer, sherry and wine. Very busy place. Lots of locals and tourists. Some of the tapa's items were great and some not so great. A fun place all in all. Good service, classic fare.

This bar was en route to main Vejer from our holiday house. We wandered in one evening and the owner and his family were so friendly. It helps if you can speak a little Spanish but I think if you can manage 'cerveza' you'll be fine. We'd been in there several times before I realised it was the local amateur football team's bar so husband was pleased. I suppose the posters, photographs, football on the TV (normal for Spain!) and large table football game should have given me a clue but I was busy being impressed with the tapas and local, excellent, white wine. It's a kind of fortified pale sherry and it is fabulous. The children loved it here - they were treated so well and they loved playing table football with the owner and family. One night we ordered a racion of fried mixed fish - but was defeated by the size. The homemade tapas are recommended and go especially well with that wine.
