A beer brewery type pub/restaurant located in the centre of Sion (where every second house is a vineyard and every third house is a beer brewery). Staple food, well cooked, nicely served, good pizzas, some Valaisin specialties but nothing extraordinary. Clean but not much by way of décor or ambiance. However, the home brewed beer on tap is excellent and very reasonably priced. A "safe" place at which to enjoy a quiet dinner on a business trip.

We ended up visiting 3 times in one week with family and friends here at the Edelweiss restaurant because it was such delicious and quality food, presented beautifully and with 1st class customer service every time. The famous Le Fou burger is legendary and the brownie is the best in the Alps! Iâd recommend to anyone visiting with friends, families or even just a takeaway - we even tried this which was so easy and extremely tasty! Thank you Sarah and Filip for enhancing our holiday.
