We decided to eat here based on reviews we read. This was one of the best meals we have had. We both started with the escargot bourgone. They were among the best ever! The sauce was tasty and did not overpower the snails. I had the lamb shank, which was tender and falling off the bone. My other half had the veal kidney, which he very much enjoyed. The kitchen happily accomodated our request for vegetables as a side, as we avoid fries, pasta and rice. The service was warm and friendly. A must try when in Saillon!

We discovered the restaurant a year ago and planned on going back for their signature dish « la potence ». However, when reserving a table we were told that the owner as well as the type of cuisine had changed... after checking the menu online, we decided to give it a try and happily we did! Itâs a little gem, something very different from other restaurants in Nendaz that serve more traditional/typical dishes! The food is delicious, innovative and very tasty. Plus the staff is charming! What a great discovery!

Je me suis rendu dans cet établissement que je ne connaissais pas cadre sympa et chaleureux et très bien reçu il y a un large choix de vin du Valais et de vin Italien ainsi que des grappa que je ne connaissais pas ainsi que des produits alimentaires salami, pâtes, huile d' olive etc. et à des prix très raisonnable. So richtig kam keine Stimmung bei meinem Besuch in der Kellerei auf. Ein tolles Programm der Winzer von Chamoson. Die Dame des Kellers eher etwas uninteressiert ,schob einem die Karte mit den Winzern über den Tresen . Erst auf Nachfrage der hohen Preise wegen auf der Karte , erklärte sie , dieses sind die Preise wenn sie dieFlasche hier trinken. Da kommt natürlich niemand der Wein kaufen will auf diese Idee !!!Eine Verkaufspreiskarte gibt es nicht !! Und so muss man sich an den Preisen der Weine die an den Flaschen der Winzer die an der Wand aufgereiht sind , orientieren.Beratung war nicht zu bekommen . Sie unterhielt sich angeregt mit den Eingeborenen die da vergnüglich ihr Achtele tranken . Am Umsatz schien sie nicht interessiert. Kam mir da eher wie ein Exote vor. Schade , ich kaufte ein paar Flaschen nach Gutdünken . Da wäre wohl mehr "Umsatz für die Kellerei drin gewesen.
