We have had dinner here many times. First of all, the wait staff are absolute stand outs. In a world where people working in customer service are unmotivated and clearly don't care, the staff at watermark are outstanding: professional, friendly and attentive. Meals arrive quicky, are very generous servings (they're happy for you to take doggy bags home), and the restaurant is well set out. While it is not a cheap meal, the quality of the food and service make this well worth your while.

Always such a pleasure to eat in this gorgeous restaurant. The service it first class and the food is just brilliant. Loved everything, except the broccolini which had liberal amounts of cracked pepper when I requested no pepper due to allergies. Apart from that, everything was delicious and perfect. Itâs just a great spot to take family and friends for lunch or dinner. We dropped in here for lunch with friends on a Sunday afternoon and were met with a beautiful little breeze sitting outside looking over the marina. Oysters, seafood wraps, steak sandwich, wow it was all great - Iâd suggest for $50 you become a member

The food is exceptional with some tantalizing dishes that are superb the only downside however is their drink prices are exorbitant. The staff are friendly and do engage with you in your meal selection and are ready to assist you. There is always plenty of food in each dish and you never go hungry. One of my favourite restaurants in Townsville.
