Recomeded so we gave it a try. Good choice. Ambience was great. Staff were great. Drinks served to right temperature. Food plentiful and hot. Rating based sole on service....Wish I could have rated the food...but couldn't get seated. This was today at 3/24/19 at 1145 am. The restaurant was open, music jamming, people eating.....We came inside, waited at the door for 10 minutes. There were at least 10 tables inside available and another 5 outside...however everyone working there just walked by us and didn't even acknowledge us. I spoke to one of the waitresses, who said she would be right back. Never happened. Finally a young blonde girl came up to us and asked how many. She them disappeared to the back and came back 5 minutes later...15 minutes at this point. She came back and said that it would be 10 more minutes before someone could seat us. I counted at least 6 employees working the floor and counter, but one one could seat us...it wasn't their job.Would sure hate to see what happened when church let out an it got packed. I've heard its good, but we will stick with Melodys or Mollys..Service there is much better. If we ever return, I will update with a better review.Sir, not sure what happened in this case, but we were in a wait if you are referring to the bluegrass band. Just because there are tables available does not mean we can seat you. We have to have a server ready to receive you and it sounds like they weren't. We typically have a hostess there but it sounds as if they were not. We aren't sure exactly what time this was or even what say, but it's a rare thing not to get sat in a timely manner, pending a wait. We are sorry you decided to leave but we would inquire as to why you didn't ask for a manager?

Sitting here at the moment asking myself why in the world Iâm in this place. Not sure what I expected but wow. Stay away! The wings are over cooked and hard to even get the meat of the bone they are so over cooked, the fries are undercooked, the pizza looks good but isnât. Oh aside from that I just picked up my glass to drink my beer... wiped away a lip print on the other side of the glass.... first drink, so itâs not mine. I know itâs attached to a hotel but I know I did expect clean glassware, you know a place that has a working dish washer that can handle at least removing someone elseâs lip print off a glass? Maybe that was expecting too much?

I have nothing but good things to say about Flashback. It's been a while since I've visited, but we decided to hang out with some friends to watch the games on Sunday. Our waitress was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable of the menu and didn't stop by our table TOO often. Just enough. Pretzel bites and beer/pub cheese were awesome. The cheese was so good, we ordered chips and cheese just to have at it again. The wings were good, but pricey for what you got. I wouldn't say they were "jumbo", as stated on the menu, and they weren't seasoned past the sauce, but the sauce was good.All in all, a solid visit to a fun establishment.
