Eaten here a couple of times. Food is good quality and plenty of it. Reasonable selection of both food choice and beers although you have to pay separately for each.Good kiddies area outside and they do cater for children's portions.Food comes out quick enough, and they are to a degree happy to change things around a bit on the menus.

Lots of choices from sweet snacks and coffee through to full meals and alcohol. Might need to book depending on the time and day you want to go. We got lucky.There were a few small functions in different areas if you're interested in doing this.

Went back for lunch at the Alroy Tavern a couple of weeks ago. Must say that the food size and lunch special price were excellent. Good location and not crowded. The reason it didn't get a 5 rating was earlier this year I went on the weekend and the food service was extremely slow and one of the waitresses had an unpleasant attitude. Would give it another go for lunch.

Menu is same as every other bistro or club but the steak was well cooked! Only drawback is that it cost more than other bistros. Atmosphere is great for family dinner.
