Always quick if you're in a hurry and the food is hot and good. Chip's (all you can eat) and salsa are very good as is most of the menu. Some items, seafood in-particular isn't worth the extra $$. Stick with the chicken, barbacoa, etc...

Chipotle Mexican Grill

9 PM on a Thursday night. And the back up was to the door. Seriously? So of course while the others fiddled with their phones, I contemplated going elsewhere and wondered time wise if I'd be any further ahead. I stayed put. After waiting at least 10 minutes, a young person came in and went up in line to greet friends. I glared suspiciously...would she dare to take cuts after all the waiting the rest of us had done...? Would the others be patient? Would I say anything? No need, she went back. They were out of guacamole (I didn't want any anyhow) and same for the salad dressing (which I also didn't want). When I did ask for chips at the checkout, I had to wait while those were fetched. Where in the world were they? THey were chilled! And they tasted stale. My entree was a salad which had barely any greens and was skimpy on the chicken. I know they are rushed, but I hate the way they slop it all down. SO unappetizing. In the meantime when they got to finally take my order there was additional delay while an apparent phone-in order was filled. Two or three that were then shuffled around with mine as I continued to wait...and in the end even wondered if I was getting the right order. As skimpy as my salad was, it seemed the burritos were chock full of ingredients...Will try to avoid this one especially in the future.

Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum

Our bartender (we ate at the bar), Vincent was quite good and attentive. My Skinny Vodka Mojito was good once he added another shot otherwise it was weak. My companion enjoyed a strawberry Margarita which was quite good. We shared a goat cheese guacamole without onions and it was excellent. We probably could have eaten just that, because it was quite large. The chips which are usually good, were too well done, so Vincent got us some better chips. Love the chips! Each of us had the Salmon salad and loved it!! I was surprised it was not crowded at all on a Friday night. We will return.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. We were first time guests, but are very familiar with other burrito chains. The flavor was average, and the value was average. The option for smaller burrito sizes was nice. In the end I probably wouldn't go back unless other options such as Qdoba, Moes and Chipotle were not available.
