佐渡日帰り満喫ツアーの参加者は、夕鶴、二階、昼食会場へお越し下さいとの館内放送が入り、二階に上がると、テーブルには、海鮮丼、味噌汁、小鉢がセットされていたほか、フキ味噌などのおみやげ品の割引券も置かれてました。

You will have to point and use gestures to order if you don't speak Japanese but the effort will be totally worth it. The oden is the best here. Nice warm broth filled with various condiments like boiled eggs, fish cake, vegetables, seaweed and more. Since the island can pretty much provide everything you need to eat, the food here is locally sourced making the taste especially good. There was a nice ozashiki where you can sit on tatami mat and really relax over fun conversation for dinner.

昼時に偶然前を通りかかり、特に期待もなく入った寿司店。が、出てきた特上ちらしずしに予想外に感動。季節の寒ブリや南蛮エビ、またご飯が美味しいのに驚いた。今回は頼めなかったが、メニューにあった一品料理も美味しそう。ガイド本には載ってない店だが、満足度は高かった。

大きな店だが今は奥さんと二人だけでカウンターのみでやってる感じ。メニューもお任せのみ。その日あるネタを経験豊富なご主人がいい感じに料理してくれる。決してきれいとは言わないが遠慮のない気さくさは良い。
