We found this listing on Tripadvisor and since we had about an hour of transit time at Kokura and this was near the station, we thought we can give it a try.We didn't expect it to be a takeaway counter selling pork buns. The buns were juicy though, at 200 yen each. We were hoping for a sit down restaurant to have a hot meal. The buns are quite like the chinese buns but I think this is more juicy. I believe this is operated by the brand owner itself as it only sells their buns. We later found a kiosk in the station selling many stuff and the same bun from Yosuko but at 210 yen each.

Located right at the station entrance between monorail and Amu Plaza. There are about 20 seats in the cafe. Most will grab a sandwich and board the bullet trains or normal trains. There is special price for certain sandwiches each day (refer to photo) at 340 yen. Ask for a sandwich and drink set for 500 yen (special price sandwich) or 590 yen (normal sandwich). My favourite is Tuna on wheat bread with lots of lettuce, tomato, capsicum and pickles.
