Setauket-East Setauket /səˈtɔːkɪt/, more commonly known as the Setaukets (or that region's core), is a census-designated place (CDP) in Suffolk County, New York, on the North Shore of Long Island. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP population was 15,477. The CDP encompasses the hamlets of Setauket (formerly West Setauket) and East Setauket. It was founded in 1655, the first settlement in what would become the Town of Brookhaven.

We had a family dinner for seven at this lovely restaurant overlooking across from Danford's Inn in Port Jefferson. Some of our people favor a vegetarian menu and nothing that we ordered failed to please. My Pad Thai was excellent with shrimp and a few others had a meat variation on this. The vegan entrees were creative and pleasing and a growing young man who ordered the Kobe beef burger came away very happy. A roasted Brussel sprout appetizer was amazing, but I didn't think much of the seasoned fries as an appetizer, but that's just me. Excellent selection of beer and wine and my "Flying Dog Ale" ( I like to order beers with weird names)) was excellent. We'll definitely be going back.

I had the Napa Burger marinated with wine, oh how delicious with pesto sauce. My friend had the Bistro Burger. We both ate everything including the homemade onion rings. And the pistachio milkshake was so good I had two

My family has been coming here for Thanksgiving for about 5 years now. The food is delicious, service is excellent and best of all...no cleaning :) You can enjoy your family without all the stress. It's definitely worth the cost, you will get your money's worth.

What a beautiful place to go during the holiday season. I donât think I have ever been to a more beautifully decorated restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. Did I mention the live Christmas music ? Donât miss this experience.
