An interesting old boat. We were greeted like old friends when we dropped in here by coincidence. Apparently it changed hands recently. The menu is short but offers something for everyone and I definitely ate the best "Bratkartoffeln", fried potatoes, here that I found in the whole of Lower Saxony. Try the regional specialties and you won't be disappointed.

Nach dem Besuch der Kunsthalle waren wir hier auf ein erfrischendes Getränk. Wir saÃen drauÃen auf der Terrasse, direkt am Kanal. Ein zauberhafter Ort. Dier Service war freundlich und schnell.

Wir sind gerne bei unserem Nachbarn und essen seine köstlichen, italienischen Eis- und Kaffeespezalitäten. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten in der Emder FuÃgängerzone. Und abends kann man sich auch ganz schnell noch ein Eis "to go" holen.

Die Vorspeisenplatte mit Käse, Schinken, Salami und Gemüse war oberlecker. Die Piadina und das Panino gut belegt und frisch. Auch die Nachspeise war wie wir es aus Sizilien kennen. Sehr nette Bedienung, so das wir das La Bottega gerne weiter empfehlen.
