We recently stopped in while driving through Culpeper. Everyone in our party ordered sandwiches and they were all good. The tea is true southern sweet tea. The service was good- our waitress was very nice and attentive. The AC inside the cafe was just a little chilly. The diner is very spacious with booth and countertop seating. Cash only, but there is an ATM.

I have enjoyed several trips to Miss Minerva's - helping host the perfect baby shower with all the goodies - and taking my granddaughter there - she loved putting on the perfect hat and pearls in Miss Minerva's "costume room"........and there are tea and luncheon specials for the wee ones - fun experience and while there it was fun seeing people that stopped in for a lovely cup of tea and dessert....while enjoying downtown Culpeper!

Good breakfast, but not great. 4 stars. For great I have to have a wow experience. Nice little local restaurant, busy for breakfast, service was good. We would go there again.

We FINALLY had a chance to stop by for lunch (I've been dying to stop here ever since they opened). The place has a unique, funky, while very welcoming feel. The staff was super nice! There's a good size menu, making it easy to please those pickier eaters. Being a newer restaurant, they haven't quite found their flow yet, meaning there were some large gaps in time, and they weren't quite organized about the bill. All minor things, and I'm sure they'll work that out quickly. Definitely recommend! It's a fun, flavorful menu.
