Nice clean restaurant with Asian chef, which is always a good start. Found that the service was initially slow, but made up for by the food. We had entree and two mains and all of the food was beautiful and reasonable size servings. I would think that what ever meal you ordered, you would. It be disappointed.

Got takeway on a Saturday night and it was ready in 20 mins although they were busy. We generally prefer Thai to Chinese but seeing as the reviews for Narooma's Thai we not glowing we opted for Narooma Chinese... and we loved it! For starters the spring rolls were crispy and delicious. The Mongolian lamb was great, the prawns with butter and garlic were good as was the mixed veg with shallots and ginger. Maybe some of the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had!Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We love making our customers happy :D

I wished I had ordered the garlic prawns! since the other reviewer raved about it! I ordered Satay chickeThe chicken was gristly bits of leg meat. My husband ordered honey chicken, and it looked nothing like the picture! more gristly chicken and lots cabbage? unknown vegetables. My friends were also not happy with their dishes of satay beef (way to spicy) and sweet and sour. So yeah,if you must eat here, maybe stick with the garlic prawns?

This is your basic small town Chinese restaurant run by a local Asian family. The meals are the usual Australian style basic Chinese meals which, although not outstanding, are nevertheless enjoyable if perhaps a little dear by comparison to some of the higher quality city Chinese restaurants. The staff are very friendly. The take away meals are good, and the lunch specials are good value. Try the salt and pepper squid which is a nice spicy dish.
