We had a great lunch but the service was really lacking. The hostess sat a party without a reservation at the only available table while making us wait with a reservation. The waitress seemed rushed and had no intrest in making any suggestions. That's a shame as we weren't familiar with Thai food and would definitely been open to ordering more. We had barely finished when our plates were cleared and the bill set down. Again no acknowledgement, thank you , come again. Just a sence that she needed our table flipped fast. Iv been in the restaurant business and I know some of the ins and outs. It takes more then just good food to make it a truly enjoyable meal.

We arrived for lunch right when everyone had just arrived before us. We thought about leaving but are glad we stayed. They pushed out the meals really quick. The lunch was excellent.

We stop at Tugboat Thai on our way to Vinalhaven via the ferry... always a great meal the food is fresh and very tasty...the owner is just the best very friendly always welcoming us back ... would highly recommend stopping in if in the area... you won't be disappointed..!!!~!
