The food at this restaurant is prepared on demand in a subway-style where you choose various ingredients. There are many options for ingredients, but tofu is not available. Surcheros has an extensive menu of hot sauces and salsas on a salsa bar. We have visited this location several times and it is consistently good. On this visit we noticed their most recent inspection score was 100%. Your comments are very much appreciated. Busy restaurant, staff always checking on us. Loved our funny waitstaff, Jose Chiapa - adorable! Good food, good margs (Skinny & Cadillac). Hubby had carnitas. I had a taco & enchilada. Weâd come back! This is a hidden gem we found on our road trip. (But donât stay next door!)

One of the standards at Chili' was their "Happy Hour"....some all day long, while others at certain times. Here, there is no "Happy Hour'??? We opted for the outside seating. The server came quickly once seated, however, after orders were taken, the follow-up was sketchy. The meals came out in a staggered manner as well??? In short a good meal for the price, just not at this location....on to another Chili's
