We decided on seafood platter without the lobster luckily as we were expecting fresh seafood and it came out looking like pub food filled with fried seafood. The oysters were not fresh, pitiful salad and even the sauce was pretty bad. Customer service is great so we didn't say anything. Life's too short to eat bad food, we paid and didn't wait for the desert and left to head home for more wine in cause the bad oysters give us stomach bug.I got charged for $134 & we're better off buying fresh seafood at south Melbourne market and cooking it ourselves for cheaper price. Also, what was served is not worth $134.Wow! You ate everything, complimented us on the platter, yet didn't have the nerve to speak up about the food, rather voice your opinion on social media, no course to rectify any issues...not good!The oysters were fresh, then you make a statement "bad oysters give us stomach bug." Did they!Sorry you couldn't drink your wine we are not a byo but fully licensed restaurant! Thank you, much appreciated

On a sunny but wintry Sunday, this was a terrific spot for lunch with a spectacular view. The fun started with friendly, helpful waitstaff who could not have been more attentive to my dietary restrictions or more pleasant. Nice wine list includes some local wines. I had tender calamari with a creative and fresh salad (the mains was so large I took some home for lunch the next day). Himself relished a huge plate of fish and chips. All most enjoyable. Weâll be back. Best place weâve tried on Phillip Island in recent times.

We were warned by locals that this restaurant had changed owners and was not the same standard as we had previously enjoyed. They were not wrong, it was very basic food. The owner was not interested in our comments so my recommendation is - donât bother.
