A very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Awesome staff. Beautifully decorated and quaint. My wife and stopped by while in the Springs and the Woodland Park area. Mid day on Friday and it was perfect. Parked right out front. I know at times parking can be a bit tricky. We were greeted right away and were seated in a very lovely area for two. The outside seating area is landscaped with local vegetation and done handsomely. Our waitress wasted no time in taking our drink and appetizer orders. A very lovely and pleasant lass. We had the Skinny and Cantina Cadillac margaritas. Delicious to say the least. Our appetizers were the queso and guacamole with jalapeno poppers. All was fresh and served up promptly. The ingredients were fresh and loaded with all natural flavors. For lunch we dined on the Baja fish tacos and the Mexican Mixto. All was served promptly and hot. The food is very distinct to this establishment. Not a single complaint at all. Highly impressed with everything. Cant wait to go back. If you have the opportunity to visit here, dont miss it.

Thak you to our server, Devin, for making our meal positively memorable! Although I love the famous Loop margaritas, i decided to pass since I was driving. However, my friend wasvtotally pleased with the chicken and cheese enchiladas. I was thrilled with something I never order: carne asada. I requested that the steak be raw. Surprise! It arrived perfectly rare and tender. It was delectable. It had been many years since my previous visit. I will make sure to return soon and will ask for the remarkable Devin! To avoid crowds, arrive in the 4 pm range. It is an institution in Manitou Springs!

Passing through on a bus tour - our family picked Rico's for lunch. Small indoor seating area, small area for outdoor seating. Great service, food came quickly. We tried a burrito and several types of taco - all very good and authentic - just like you'd get in Mexico. They even have horchata! For those who are looking for dessert, they also sell ice cream.
