We had a large group of 19 The person who seated us rolled his eyes when we told them we had that large of a group. The server seemed frustrated and seemed rushed, but there were only a couple other tables in the whole place. There was one persons order that got messed on and the server told him it could be fixed, but he would have to pay for both meals. He asked to speak with a manager and was told the person that seated and waited on us was the manager. So it was the manager that had had a bad attitude. Very uncool. They did take that plate back and removed it off the bill. The food really was not good. We probably won't go back here especially with a large group.

We love going to Hot Heads because of the many choices they have on their menu. You can make the same burrito or bowl every time you visit, or make a completely different one! My favorite bowl is spicy chicken, black beans brown rice, pico de gallo, salsa verde, banana peppers, jalepenos, lettuce, onions, sour cream ,cheese & sweet habanero sauce. They have about 50 sauces to choose from, from mild to wild. There are more selections than Chipotle has & Hot Heads does not have the pretentiousness of Chipotle. Also, if you don't like cilantro in your rice, as them for plain, they usually have both white & brown rice that does not have the cilantro mixed in it yet. Service has always been excellent when we've visited. Friendly staff & quick service. They always give you the best meal deal, even if you don't specifically ask for it. For example, if they see you've ordered 2 bowls with drinks, they offer the meal deal with chips & salsa, which is actually CHEAPER than the just the bowls & drinks together. Great job!

We visit this location often. The food is always delicious and fresh. When we have our little dog with us, we use the drive through. If the woman working at the window isn't too busy, she will give us a couple small slices of grilled chicken for our dog. I really appreciate the great service and so does my dog.
