Typical fast Mexican food made to order. The chicken quesadilla was very good and a good sized portion. This particular restaurant was located in an Oasis gas station. Was basically a food court with a few different food options and tables to eat at. Worked out well for our family as we wanted different types of food. Good place to stop on a road trip.

We were in Colby on a quick overnight and hungry for Mexican so we decided we would eat here. It adjoins the Quality Inn which is probably not good for this establishment due to the Quality Inn looking so dirty,The restaurant itself appeared clean and was busy.We were seated quickly and our server came right away. The chips and salsa were average but I ordered the queso and it was delicious.For an entree I ordered the fajitas and my husband got the tacos. We shared our plates with each other and both agreed the fajitas were much better than the tacos. And the fajitas were very good.If I were in Colby again I would certainly eat here. Service was very good and food priced fairly.
