Metuchen is completely surrounded by Edison. Went there with friends for dinner... everybody was nicely surprised - the food was good (loved the croquettes), nice service and pleasant atmosphere... we took advantage of warm May evening weather and sat outside - if you get chilly sit close to fire pit;)

For a small town, Metuchen has its share of really good restaurant. If you are in the mood for Mexican, this is a very solid choice. Menu includes the usual fare which is very tasty. If you want something different, daily specials offer interesting options. Good service and festive atmosphere help make this a pleasant evening.
