Didn’t realise what I was missing in SA. Great knowledgeable waiter and courteous. Yummy wagyu beef salad to start with. Then meat balls and Mediterranean salad. French rose and then an chianti. Oh did I mention the the music. Love Sade. And then the Chef’s amphetamine may have ran out. He started vacuuming the kitchen making a racket until the staff had to tell him to stop itHi there!Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent dining experience. I’m very glad to hear that everything was wonderful until the end of the night. I have addressed your feedback with our staff and discussed other strategies that we can implement so as not to disrupt any remaining diners at the end of the night. We hope to see you again the next time you are down this way!

Well, yeah we did book for 20, had to adjust it to 12 and only ended having 8 who could make it but to have the Host come up to the table and be abusive to her guests is hardly the thing to do if your pizza restaurant is in the middle of nowhere and you have to rely on a reputation. In my opinion, no one should book the shared meal it's not good value. They are serving traditional gourmet pizza, sorry been to Italy and the pizza served on the side walk vendors in nicer. 'Traditional gourmet" is code for lightly topped and very expensive. It is our policy to confirm large bookings 48 hours prior, we tried to do so on the phone number provided and received no response, left a few voicemail messages and finally a text message. It was responsible to there for assume the booking was cancelled. Two hours prior to the time of reservation, we are contacted by one of your party, she is told that we have cancelled your reservation, but we do however bend over backwards to accommodate your group, being a long weekend we were fully booked. During the conversation we are told your group is now 12, with a set menu’. Your party arrives at the restaurant in 8 and sits down, without courtesy to let us know you had 4 drop out.Your Antipasto was ready for 12 people. By rights we should have charged you for 12 people, we only charge you for 8 .We have run a very successful ibusiness for 11 year and don’t need people like you devoid of manners !

Seven of us, including three children, arrived without a booking in an apparently full restaurant, but were soon at a table, our order taken and we were eating. The service was not only prompt but 'naturally good humoured'. Our little group ordered a wide variety of food and we all thought our choices were excellent. With small children there can't be much lingering, but overall this was easily a 5/5 experience.
