In a valley neat Les Baux, this newly renovated and adapted hotel on the base of an old farmstead there is receiving its guests in very well equipped and spacious rooms with nice views of the valley and the surrounding rocks. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Perfect service. Large outside pool. Gravel on all ways from parking to and between the buildings makes the transport of baggage a bit difficult and the baggage and trousers dirty.Excellent restaurant with food in Michelin-starred quality. We were staying in Beaucaire for one night on board a canal boat and found this floating restaurant nearby. Lovely staff, very welcoming, and all the food was cooked where we could see it. I had mussels and my wife had lamb cutlets - really tasty. One great bonus was watching the fish in the canal right by our table, and feeding them bread (I know, it's not good for them but they ate it fast!)
