Although this restaurant specialises in meat dishes, they were more than accommodating for one of our party who does not eat meat. Stephanie (our waitress) was charming and helpful - she speaks excellent English, having been an Au Pair in the UK, and we can't wait to return.

Le plaisir était de mise sur la route nous conduisant au repère des bons vivants. Un lieu unique, une carte alléchante. Le reste est moins idyllique. Une serveuse souriante mais en apprentissage. La déception fût la côte de bÅuf, 1350g, servie tranchée dans un plat qui ne la met pas en valeur, accompagnée de quelques pommes de terre. Les os à moelle étaient en vacances. J'aurais aimé que l'on me présente la pièce entière accompagnée de plusieurs garnitures. Le côté bon vivant présenté dans les nombreuses vidéos du groupe n'est pas arrivé à Castelnaudary.

Meal started well with complimentary salad, then we waited for an hour for our main course. No apologies just a shrug ! The ribs were stone cold so they were sent back, returned 10 minutes later, still cold. Dessert was good but took 35 minutes to arrive.Decided to give the restaurant a second chance so went again a week later.Once again the food was cold, this time a bacon burger. So cold the bacon was white and completely raw. I just left it. I won't be repeating this experience, shame as with a decent chef the food could be good.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this opinion.
