The deck. Soft breezes. Great sunsets. AND yummy food. Two of us had the ahi tuna wrap. The portion was huge...we could've easily shared one! The slaw was like my mom's--a great balance of flavors. One in our party had the ahi tuna salad and again we were amazed at the generous portion of tuna. He said the Asian dressing added a perfect touch. The fries looked great and the attentive staff kept our beverages filled.

There are two types of establishments that use the term "grill" in their name: restaurants with bars attached or bars with restaurants attached. While the dichotomy may seem superfluous at first, please keep in mind that the distinction rests on the true focus of the establishment. The Clearwater Grill definitely falls into the second category. As a bar, the Clearwater Grill excels, giving patrons one of the best sports bar experience in the area. The pub-style portion of the menu (including appetizers and sandwiches) really satisfies, and the draft beer selection is quite admirable for the location. The ambiance is great, the TV screens are adequate, and the crowd is friendly. On the other hand, the restaurant experience lacks in comparison. The layout of the dining area is muddled, making it look like it was carved out in several stages of expansion without a central focus or theme. The dining area is dark, platformed in some places upon an unfinished concrete floor, and features a hodge-podge of dining furniture. In some ways it looks like three distinct restaurants were haphazardly cobbled together. The platters and specialties are competent, but the quality of the dishes fail to inspire the same motivation to return as the weekly special prices.My advice is to stick to the bar.

I have been frequenting RWBB since they opened as a retail store and expanded to a full service restaurant. The menu is fresh and innovative with a local farm to table twist. The beer menu a mix of both local and national craft beers. The wine selection is extensive with a knowledgeable staff. Live music is a plus. A nice place to enjoy a glass of whatever strikes your fancy.
