We have tried this place 3 times now and the last was the worst. Service was terrible, food was extremely late and not edible. We will not be back. I donât know why they did not have their act together but wow!

It is a typical Applebee's with good food and service. We chose to dine here because it is located next to the cinema where we had just finished watching a movie. It is also close to the Walmart and a couple of strip malls where we were going shopping later. We didn't have to drive all over town finding a good restaurant.

We chose this place for lunch on a Sunday because we had not been here for a couple of years and Colton's was packed. There is a reason why Sidelines was not packed. We were seated at a booth that was not big enough to sit two adults at with one on each side. Maybe if we both sat on the same side and scooted the table over to the other side it would have worked. So we waited for about 3 or 4 minutes to flag down someone to seat us at a table.When our drinks were brought we weren't given straws. So we had to request straws again when we were able to locate someone that worked there. My husband had a burger and fries and I ordered the Beef Tips which comes with one side and a side salad. Our food was delivered and I had to ask about the side salad. The server promptly agreed that I should have gotten one and she went to get it.I observed two servers. One appeared to be new and the other appeared to be running her legs off covering her tables and the other girl's tables. They need to hire more people like her.The food was good and the prices were reasonable. But I observed the table behind us receiving Grilled Chicken instead of Chicken Strips and they didn't get their side salad either. Keep trying Sidelines. You were mediocre a couple of years ago and not much has changed.
