I have to admit, my husband and I went to the Pala Casino Resort with the intent of having an âall-you-can-eat lobster buffetâ dinner, but the line was so long at 4:45 PM that we decided to try another dining option there. We had walked by Noodles and agreed that it looked great â and there were only a few people in line. Backlit photos of the various choices are along the way to the counter where you select from the printed menu. We ordered too many of our favorite Asian dishes...barbecued spare ribs, pad Thai, sweet-and-sour chicken, fried rice...and a Sapporo beer. I rarely meet anyone with my name, and Marlaâwho took our order â couldnât have been nicer. Marla gave us a number for our table and the food came quickly. Everything tasted great and the portions were huge! We could have easily ordered just two things and maybe not even finished those, but we got four to-go boxes so that we can enjoy the same dinner again soon!

We wanted to try something new at Pechanga and Umi looked great! Made reservations thru OpenTable for 8:00PM Saturday. Everything was outstanding and we tried a lot! of variety! Sure beats Blazing Noodles and the Food Court.

We were very pleased with the great food and the fantastic service. Pechanga has really made some very positive changes in the last year. We made a meal out of several appetizer dishes. The food was fresh and tasty, the portions were more than adequate, and the service was extremely prompt and courteous. We will definitely go back again.
