Well this is a very nice place to go and see. Lovely grounds, a pond and the garden is very big and lovely to walk around. Have been there many times. Twice to friends weddings, and many times just enjoying a lovely sunny day walking around the grounds.

Eintauchen. Abtauchen. Auftauchen.
I really appreciate this place as it focuses on what is important in spa, like quality and cleanliness of the establishement rather than fancy receptions or silly decors that serves no purpose. Pools indoors and outdoors, steam saunas with aromas such as lemon or eucalyptus (there are 3 different ones), fire and ice baths, ranging from 12-40 degrees, rain shower cave and my favourite, the salty pool in the basement. 12 % salt makes you float like in the dead sea and the underwater music just makes you totally relaxed.

The Roman town only a stone’s throw from Basel in SwitzerlandAn outing for the whole family that offers much and costs little. The imposing Roman theatre, the authentic Roman villa, the mysterious well shaft, the biggest silver treasure of late antiquity, accessible sewer tunnels and the winsome animals in the animal park are only a few of the attractions that you should not miss.Off to roman times!
Located close to Basel it was a very large settlement. it had one Amphitheatre and a Theater (The difference: is simple theater is the half of the Amphitheatre). The Gladiators were in an Amphitheater like the Colosseum. The local museum is interesting and the silver treasure interesting. It will help you to understand the richness of the Roman empire. When you see this treasure and imagine that the owner was not of importance then you imagine the amounts of gold an silver in circulation then. Thanks God I have a credit card.

I am lucky to live/work very close to the Location, so I am kind of resident.
The location as such is build in an old warehouse, in summer the big doors can be opened to have a kind of half ind-/half outdoor experience. There are two Bars inside available, service is quick and prices are moderate for Switzerland.
Z-7 offers mainly Metal- and Rockconcerts, some others as well.
New thing is the MIni Z-7, when the location is reduced to offer a great atmosphere, also when only a few hundred attend. I also spoke to some Musicians, they loved and remebered the place, so it's best choice for both bands and audience.

This bridge connects Bad Säckingen, Germany, on the north bank of the Rhine, with the Swiss village of Stein, on the south bank. It is also a pedestrian border crossing (unmanned). Having seen many such Bridges through central Europe, still I like this one, as a well decorated, well structured and architectonically beautiful specimen. Maybe 10 minutes walk from both the German and the Swiss railway stations, the walk is clearly indicated.

Great indoor play location for kids with play area, climbing walls, slides, trampolines etc, etc. Only down side is that as building is an old tennis hall with glass roof once the sun shines it gets very hot in there with many kids. Also you have to watch where you are walking with a climbing adventure park above your head in the main hall too. But saying all this its a great place for kids to let off steam......

We took the Cable Car up into the Mountains. It was approximately £80 for our family but it was worth every penny.
It was scary, fun, thrilling, adventurious, our adrenaline was pumping what a great day it was. The views over Switzerland was fantastic.
It was ok to find because wec used our Sat Nav on phone. But be prepared for some steep hilly walks. Great fun for the family.

This tiny little island in the Rhine between Switzerland and Germany is a great little place to take a break on a hot day. There are NO services here at all. It's a tiny sliver of land that can fill up quickly on a hot day. Nice romantic place to sit with your feet in the water, basking in the sun. Bring some drinks with you or snacks and relax. When the water is high you'll need to wade a little to the island.
