Il Tempio di Nettuno o Poseidone o di Hera II

Reviewed By Vladimir M - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Temple of Hera (or Hera), also known as Temple of Poseidon or Neptune Temple, it was built in the polis of Poseidon (the Roman name Pæstum) around the middle of the fifth century BC
The ancient Greeks were not enough mathematical precision structures. They attached great importance to the visual effect. Therefore, until now, we can enjoy the magnificent view of this structure.

Tenuta Vannulo

Reviewed By Kelleygirl2 - Sarasota, Florida

We toured the farm and amazing barns with their pampered water buffalo, then walked past bougainvillea-lined stone terraces and entered a private room set up for lunch. And what a lunch it was! We were served homemade breads, the freshest organic salad with the sweetest cherry tomatoes, dressed in light herbed oil and vinegar, (I consumed bowlfuls of the stuff!), and then came the fresh mozzarella. I can see why the Queen of England has Tenuta Vannulo’s melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella shipped weekly to her castle. The name ‘Mozzarella’ comes from the meaning 'cut by hand’ and these people really know what they are doing after 15 years production. We ate greedily from platefuls of various forms of mozzarella including a light ricotta also made on the farm. Our lunch ended with individual jars of the best tasting yogurt I ever ate. Well sated, we limped out of the dining hall only to be ushered over to the ice cream store. Well, loosen my pants I say! Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, Berry, and plain were among the teasers on display in the frozen yogurt department, then there were similar flavors of gelato for sale including one of my favorite, Pistachio. I probably put on more pounds here than anywhere on this trip. But memorable pounds.

Baubaubeachvillage

Reviewed By Giuliano A

We were visiting Naples area with our dogs and we were pointed to Baubaubeachvillage. Wowww ... the place is amazing it is a unique place in the entire south of Italy, owners and collaborators deserve to be commended for what they manage to do and what they are doing! People are friendly, the place is clean dogs and dogs owners are watched after by dog training experts. Me and my wife are member of NAVHDA and we were please to see and visit such beautiful place.
If you compare Baubaubeachvillage with the close by Beaches its is far more clean and much better organized than the other. Yes you can visit Salerno, Naple, Amalfi or Ravello woth your dog on the leash but here you have the sea and the dog can run freely! A bi big thanks for such a nice outfit!

Grotte di Castelcivita

Reviewed By Michael Y - New York City, United States

The Cave at Castelcivita is a hidden treasure buried deep in the Italian Mountains. A rare experience that will take your breath away, especially if you appreciate natural beauty. Amazing stalagmites and stalactites that have taken centuries to develop are still forming right in front of your eyes, drop by drop. The lighting is excellent and the tour guides are knowledgeable. I went in July and still remember that day, more than the others of my trip. When you go, be sure to have a meal in the restaurant just outside. The homemade pasta was delicious! You can also buy locally made virgin olive oil...a taste like no other. Go and see for yourself. Tell me if I'm wrong!

Aquafarm

Reviewed By jaxb2013 - Milton Keynes, United Kingdom

Huge water park and loads of loungers available. Not sure about being forced to use a pre payment bracelet to purchase anything and English is not really spoken by any staff so there was lots of international sign language. Was also not aware of the swim caps which apparently are compulsory but can be purchased with your payment bracelet in the shop!
Lovely day for the kids, party atmosphere in the main pool, was a very long hour and a half when the flumes and rides all stop for lunch.
