Love to the Italian kitchen and passion for cooking characterises this nice restaurant. Friendly service, a nice menu (even menu of the day/week) and fair prices makes this place to an ideal venue for a nice dinner. The owner might even play the keyboard and sing Italian. With one of the waiters playing the guitar one can enjoy one of the delish desserts or coffee. I will maybe not consider this for a business dinner, but going out with friends, family or celebrating it's highly recommendable.

The food and wine was excellent. Small servings between main courses. Good athomsphere. The very young waiter had not clue about the food that was served but we had a great evening and would go again

Went here with our kids when visiting castle to feed them as they were getting hungry, this is not a place for a quick visit with the kids to grab a bite..
Food was excellent, service impeccable, nice interior, but quite pricey, as one would expect at fine dining level.

This is an exceptionally well-managed restaurant, with great attention to the details. The food is creative and well-prepared. It's a nice combination hub Italian and danish cuisine. The service is impeccable, formal without being stuffy. Klaus, the owner, seems to be everywhere at once, doing whatever he can to make his guests comfortable. The Wine Cellar is impressive. My only suggestion would be to make the menu a bit more extensive. There were few choices for non-meat eaters when we went. Adding some pasta dishes would be nice. Prices are expensive, but I don't know if they are out of line with other similar restaurants in Denmark.

This place has a very nice placement in Hillerød. But the waiters and food was obvious a very bad attempt to make a cafe. I had a club Sandwich. It was dry, small and extremely boring to eat. On top it was very expensive.

So hotel restaurants are often disappointing; a place to eat rather than enjoy. This is very different. As you walk along the corridor from reception at Hotel Hillerod, it looks like nothing special. The restaurant is plainly decorated in a typically Danish way. The real event is the food: simple, elegant and beautifully executed. Lamb perfectly seasoned, innovative sauce, just the right vegetables.. And quiet, attentive and knowledgable team serving. Easily my favourite hotel restaurant. And top five of any restaurant I've been to this this year.

I discovered rib house with colleagues in 2014 and it has been my all time favourite in DK. I love it for their consistency and service. One may have to book ahead of time if for a large guests. Ooh and I love their Ribs. Tried their T-bone too and I wasn't disappointed at all

Der er nu noget over at få is i en hjemmelavet vaffel. Det kan du få hos Torvets Vaffelhus på Torvet i Hillerød. Med vaflen i hånden, kan du sidde i isbodens stole og nyde udsigten over slotssøen og Frederiksborg Slot.

Got here early, 10 AM just after the openning for the brunch buffet and got a nice Seating near the buffet. The chef was periodically by the buffet with new and hot meals and it always looked nice and clean. The other staff at the cafe was also nice and polite. The food was excellent and the price was okay.
