This really is the focal point of the city, it truly is a beautiful building, it's design, I'm no expert by the way, looks quite unusual for a church. Seeing it during the day is great, but at night time it is so well lite it's awesome. If your in Itajai, you won't miss it.

Navegantes is a seaside town just across the river from Itajai, the second largest port in Brazil and a tourist centre, so many service staff speak some English.The people are very friendly, helpful and cheerful. Navegantes Beach is a large, beautiful one with soft white sand that trickles through the toes as you walk barefoot on the water's edge. The water is very clean and it is a good Surfing beach. Many cafes, shops and bars are close by. The town also has an airport which is in close proximity to the beach. It is a good place to have a relaxing holiday and is less expensive than some of the more famous places such as Florianapolis.

This is what you want your dream beach to be like, beautiful sand, no busy road nearby and choice of a few quality bars for refreshments. When the sun comes out, this is the place to be.

A igreja é mais bonita por fora, dentro é bem simples. O local é bem tranquilo, bem próximo ao ferry boat que atravessa para Itajaí.

Probably Itajais best beach which is why it gets too busy. Lovely sand but quite narrow and close to the road. Lots of local vendors but mostly surrounded by big houses so not much in the way of bars or restaurants. Personally, if you have transport there are better Beaches to head for.

There are many stalls here selling seafood, in addition to the usual daily groceries. A nice stroll around will give you a good idea of the livelihood of the locals. There is a small eating area just outside the market where we had deep fried seafood platters. Generally pleasant and leisurely.

Cercado por arvores o deck proporciona uma caminhada sensacional. Acaba numa belissima praia. (Nesta praia nao ha infraestrutura como sombrinhas e bares). Super recomendo passar uma manha la.
