In general, all restaurants in the region are good. Not necessarily because of the chef, just a very good quality of ingredients. Baobá, however, has a different menu. Chefs take risks at making different dishes and from my experience, suceed. A definite must visit.

Pensa uma alcatra dura (sola) cheia de nervos e gordura. Pensa quatro pessoas tendo como guarnição potinhos de maionese, farofa e arroz em que voce precisa chamar o garçom a cada instante para repor, pois cada um dos potes não permite servir quatro pessoas se cada uma colocar uma unica colher do conteúdo. Ai vc coloca o preço e nunca mais volta. Simples assim esta avaliação.

Garlic shrimp and fried calamari excellent. Do not expect gourmet but simple high quality salads and seafood and cold drinks. You can sit outside if weather good.

Maybe I have very high expectations ,it was a deception.I have trout with almonds
the fish was dry and the almonds burned, and side dishes.was tasteless white rice and a awful boiled and fry potatoes.
The waiter was very nice but I didn't take any chances with the desert,sorry.

We had dinner at this restaurant. It was full with locals - so we thought this must be a real good place. The interior is nice and rustic. Unfortunately our pasta was like rubber and the pizza was overloaded with greasy chees.

We were at Dal Molin last May for our 15th anniversary dinner. I confess that I hadn't been there in more then a year due to bad service the last time - took WAY too long to get our food. We decided to give it a go again and we are glad we did. Food was amazing, service was on point (but restaurant was not busy, it was a Tuesday night) and we had a great time. Will go back again on a weekend to see if food comes out faster ;)

Did not expect to find one of the best steaks i have ever had in Itajai, Fantastic flavour, cooked rare, perfectly as requested, the accompaniments suited the dish to make it a fantastic meal. Very good service and good value, i will return.

Our cruise suggested Beth Bistro but Im not sure it is even open for lunch. Lucky for us, the owner opened the door and welcomed us in. His wife is the real chef but he made us a fabulous shrimp risotta. Even wth a language barrier, we were able to order the delicious lunch, taste some local libations and enjoy a special tour of the ececliectic restaurant. Toward the end of the meal his daughter arrived and was able to act as translator. We had a dilightful time talling about the restarant and her own culinary aspirations. It ebnded up being the best lunch of the trip.

O local é simples sem investimentos para melhorias, as mesas são pequenas, cadeiras sem conforto, porém pela comida vale a pena,melhor restaurante de frutos do mar da cidade, porções bem servidas, camarão e peixe sempre fresco.
