We have been to this place twice in a week and on both occasions have been well and truly satisfied with both the food and the service.We had the mixed grill on both occasions and also the empanadillas starters which are superb! All the meat is cooked to perfection and perfectly tender.On the first visit we did have to wait a while for service on a couple of occasions but the restaurant was busy and buzzing.The second occasion we were almost turned away because they were fully booked but the owner went out of his way to fit us in which were very grateful for as we had travelled especially for this meal tonight.The restaurant has its own small car park which is a bonus.I would certainly recommend this place as a must try and we will certainly be visiting again when we come back to Spain which is every year for us!Also I had to mention the extra mile the waiter went too when he noticed I had drop some food on to my top! See photo for what he brought me without even asking. Top class service!You have made a perfect description of what we intend that, like you, each one of our clients feels when they come to visit us. Went for us to have the house speciality tomahawk and it was great. We had the beer tasting tray at the bar before going to our table and that was pretty good also. 5 beers varying strengths all pretty good. I had the Iberian ham croquette and my better half had the fried aubergine with goats cheese, amazing, who knew you could fry aubergine. Then the tomahawk arrived and it was magnificent, slightly under cooked for us but that was sorted in a jiffy. Super succulent meat washed down with a peppery Rioja. Restaurant gets busy later in the evening and the staff who are great seem to lose the plot a little which was amusing rather than annoying. Would definitely recommend. We booked as it was suggested that way you could guarantee your tomahawk steak but it didnât seem necessary in the end.

A friendly, relaxed place with the highest quality ingredients. We had deliciously rich, tangy manchego, it was incredible. We shared a perfectly cooked txuleton and a couple of bottles of very affordable, crisp Albariño. The staff were all welcoming, warm and friendly. A real treat. A really delicious meal for a great price. Highly recommended.

After visiting once last year. We decided to visit again! We ate here on our first evening and couldnât resist going again on our last evening. The food is very delicious, we had the Spanish T-Bone steak to share, it really was (and still is) the best meat we ever tasted.The waiters and also the lovely manager are very attentive even on busy nights! Great views from the upper terrace and fabulous food. We had the mixed grill platter between two of us. Everything cooked to perfection. Visited in February with friends so when I came to Benidorm again with my mum and sister I knew I had to come back to Amigos. I emailed to mention my mum couldnât manage the stairs and received an email straight back to say a table downstairs would be waiting for us. We had starters of fish cakes and mushrooms, both dishes were fantastic. Then mains of fillet steak, lamb and prawns. Meals were all beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The waitress that looked after us was friendly and made time to have a little chat with us. Well done again Amigos and I hope your bar opposite does as well as the restaurant, you deserve it.

Made a special 40 minute journey purely on the Trip Advisor reviews and we'll definitely be going back. The menus are very well put together, 3 specials, Mexican, Italian and Indian from 9,95, 12.95 and 15.95. I'm normally suspicious of places that offer such varied food as I prefer specialists that stick to one cuisine but the food was absolutely excellent and the service second to none. The value for money blew us away and we're used good value menus living out here but the quality is under no way compromised by the low prices. Honestly can't fault the place. The attention to detail from start to finish was very much appreciated. Well done for running such an excellent establishment and the fantastic reviews on Trip Advisor are clearly well earned. Having read the excellent reviews previously, we booked weeks in advance of our arrival and were not disappointed. Wonderful food, fabulous hosts! This little restaurant is tucked away in the Old Town, weâd never have found it without google maps. Our only disappointment was we couldnât go again during our stay as they were fully booked each night. We will make sure we are more organised next time we visit Benidorm so we can experience more than just one night here. Communication by email is really speedy too!
