The flats are situated on Avenida del Puerto, just 200 metres from the Antiguo Cauce del Rio Turia gardens. They are strategically located for easy access to Valencia’s beaches and city centre, and very close to the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias). The property consists of 40 1-bedroom flats, including five lofts. These living spaces have the capacity to accommodate 1-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, making them the ideal arrangement for couples, families, or business travel. Reviewed By Stefanie UFriendly staff and very clean rooms. Good place! Next to it is also a very good restaurant. From this location you get very easy anywhere with bus or metro. They have 24 hours service, which is great, when you arrive late. Thank you for the nice stay.

Het appartement staat midden in het oude centrum en je kunt alle kanten op. Huur een fiets en ontdek……!!!!! Het appartement is prachtig en goed onderhouden. Wij kwamen wat beddengoed te kort en binnen een paar uur was alles geregeld. Alvorens goede communicatie en het voelt als thuiskomen. Alle faciliteiten wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het appartement is schoon en ruim genoeg voor met zijn 4 deze paar dagen. Kortom wij genieten!!!

What a fantastic place to stay!
Reviewed By macalmontOur second visit and it was just as good as the first! A warm welcome from the reception staff and our room was ready early. The room was very clean and has all of the facilities needed for our stay. The location is fantastic - in the old town and a short walk from all of the main attractions. We will definitely be booking again.

New, clean and friendly
Reviewed By stefano6400Recently open Hotel that stands out in a street full of other hotels, apparently older and worn-out. The reception is always open and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Yana and her colleagues dedicated a lot of time to find and book for us the perfect restaurant for a great paella. The rooms and the rest of the facility are perfectly clean. The room is spacious and quiet, Bathroom with a nice shower. Pity that the water is probably de-salted and so it does not wash away the soap. The minus: price is too high for what you get. The beach is just out of the door but you have to go on your own, the hotel has no facilities on the beach. No flexibility at all in what you get for breakfast. No bike rental on site.

Reviewed By Footprints784140We stayed here for four nights and although it is a hostel it is easily as good as several 3 star hotels i have been to. I do have to say that the hospitality we received could put some five star hotels to shame. The food and drinks were fantastic value for money and the breakfast was super, we only had to ask if it would be possible to have and they would put themselves out to please us. I can highly recommend the OYO and we will be going back on our next visit.

Walking distance from shops, restaurants, market and cathedral. Good wifi. Will most definitely be back. Loved every second! I can highly recommend.

Very well placed comfortable cheap motel

The room was small, but very comfortable and had everything you need, including a small fridge. I found the walls a little thin, but wasn’t a great problem. A very short walk to heron city for loads of restaurants and a supermarket, and cinema. Very well placed for the motorway. Would stay again if passing through.

Reviewed By 186338FoodiejhbI stayed at the hotel for 6 days.Very helpful and kind reception.They made me feel like at home.I was given a large room with 3 beds although I was on my own.The room was always very clean owing to the lady in charge. The walls in my room were not sound proof but luckily it didn't bother me a lot as I could sleep without much disturbance. The only improvement that the hotel owner must do is to put a small fridge in each room as it would make stay for their guests even more pleasant. Nevertheless,this hotel definitely deserves at least one more ☆ The location was very good.Less than 100 meters from big Mercadona supermarket,30 meters from the walking streets with all the shops,...The beach is about 500 meters from the hotel.
