Reviewed By wanderfilledWe stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 separate nights. We chose this hotel because of its very good location, near to the railway station. Our stay was really good. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet. Also, the genuine hospitality from the lady in reception was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort, convenience, value, and genuine hospitality.

Very interesting in the stylistics)) a high class and prestigious Hotel!!! I advise all who appreciate comfort!!! The staff of hotel is the best - such attention!!! The restaurant works, and they plan to open a summer terassa ? super!!!

An interesting stay
Reviewed By Rich BThis hotel is a nightmare to find.. it took us 45 minutes to find this place in the dark. The building itself is easy to locate as it is next door to Kiev Zoo. However, when you arrive you realise that there are 100s of front doors, with no signs or info. When you check in, you realise why. This is not a hotel, this is an apartment that has been split into 5 rooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen. You sign a temporary tenancy agreement, known in the UK as 'on licence'. You pay upfront when you arrive and you need to leave an additional 300uah deposit in cash - no credit or debit cards accepted here. I've seen previous reviews saying the staff here were rude - I honestly think this is down to the language barrier, and not the staff being rude. No english is spoken here at all, which made conversations with the staff very interesting. The staff did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The room itself - perfect! We had a large double room in the basement, which I think is the best room out of the 5 on offer. Good WIFI is available here as well. The hot tub in the bathroom was off limits as was the steam room, but everything else was available to use. There are takeaways very near - within 3 minute walk. A 10 minute walk gets you to a large shopping centre, which has a very good supermarket inside. Uber, Uber Eats and Deliveroo are all available here. Uber taxis were very very cheap, use Uber instead of the Kiev taxis and you'll save a lot of money. Taxi drivers do not know anything about this guest house, they don't know where it is so its obviously not a very well known landmark. To get back to the guest house we just told the drivers to go to Kiev Zoo and we walked the 2 minutes back to the guest house. For Uber pickups, we used the restaurant next door as a pickup point.

Sobe - prljavo , prasina i zapusteno. U prilogu mozete videti kako su ocistili sobu od predhodnih .... Ne preporucujem osobama sa malom decom. Isto veoma zatureno i komplikovano za pronaci , specijalno za ljude koji prvi put dolaze u kiev
