Reviewed By Avi PThis seems to be a family run basic hotel. It offers 6 or 7 log cabins and (I did not check) a structure with rooms. The reception area serves as a restaurant. Rooms are clean and quite large, private baths, refrigerator, free parking, heating are provided (Aircon is not available but maybe not needed - fan is provided). In our room there was no kitchenette. There is not daily service to the room (at least for 2 days stay). I could not see a pool. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, but only the owner speaks English. Thank God for Google Translate. The area is great - Karpati mountains, fresh air are all excellent. There is a space to prepare Barbecue. I don't know if that is operational, our weather was not permitting. We came to tour the are and the mountains, and in that respect Polyana is a detour from our main route. If one wants to get around, this seems to be a little far away from places, nothing is walking distance. The breakfast is nice and dinner was good. Nice place to come with kids n the summer or if one wants to get away from the hassle of the city.

Reviewed By maedu61This hotel was no elevator. My room was 5th floor. I asked about available lower floor . They had it. But price is high. The room is clean and wide. The staff is very kindness. Because the breakfast time 8:30. I was waiting from 7:45. They were open at 8am. このホテルはエレベーターがありませんでした。私の部屋は5階、他の低層階を希望すると価格が高くなりました。部屋は広く綺麗ですが少し傾きを感じました。スタッフも親切で特に朝8:30スタートの朝食を待っていると8時に用意してくれました。 ネックはエレベーターだけですね。

Reviewed By Armine1610 лет отдыхаю в Сваляве несколько раз в год и постоянно в курсе новых комплексов и отелей и все ждала случая когда откроют данный отель, чтобы побывать и в нем!!! Забронировала я номер через Букинг , приехала с детьми ! Заранее предупредила о позднем заезде и необходимости трансфера ! О том , что он у них включен узнала на след день ??♀️ Ну ладно, я взяла такси приехала в час ночи , нас встретили на ресепшене и озвучили стоимость на 700 грн больше , чем в бронировании !На вопрос , что за сумма , ответила девушка, что тур сбор ? они то надеялись , ночью приедут и с дороги выяснять не станут ...но секунду ребята , у меня опыт 8 лет владею туристическими агентствами и в этом бизнесе давно не новичок ! Так как выдумать ничего она не могла, решили оставить на след день! Вот тут все и началось. У ребенка 39’ температура мы приехали , вещи на 4 этаж поднять помочь некому их я тоже оставила и забирала на след день ( Кто едет отдыхать с маленькими детьми учтите, что лифта нет, и придется их на руках поднимать и спускать, лестницы не маленькие ! Сейчас здесь проживаю и буду еще , с тем что принимаю курс уколов и лечения все сталкиваюсь что все отлично кроме сервиса ( ну почему нельзя немного постараться ? Включить скидку на ресторанное меню и когда спрашиваешь где же она в чеке - то бац и его нет .... на каждом шагу пытаются что-то придумать ??♀️ перейду к плюсам и минусам ,а то долго писать Из плюсов ; - сразу напротив водолечебницы , что и сподвигло к выбору , так как деток нужно оставлять , чтоб было не далеко на процедуры ходить - минеральная вода сразу у входа есть краник ( но если по назначению то идти в бювет на верх , тоже пару метров! - в цокольном этаже мини маркет , что очень радует - завтраки включены и не плохие , но почему то менять колбасу на сыр не разрешили - номера все новые и чистые , кондиционер на дверью, что удобно не продувает никого -на 4 этаже вид с окна шикарный - на первом этаже кулер с горячей и холодной водой , что очень удобно - внизу терраса и вкусная кухня Из минусов - если вы ищете тишину , то вам не сюда , для этого лучше в Срибний Водограй или Солву ,Парадиз что по дальше , здесь вокруг стройки с 8 утра гудит и музыка гудит , так же машины, стоянка , сзади детская площадка и прочее так как на перекрестке стоит , нам не мешало ,но учтите - нет лифта и если вы не любитель лестниц оговорите проживание на нижних этажах - проверяйте все чеки и суммы , потому как имеют свойства не сходиться - розетки не 220 явно, или глючат , зарядить телефон даже 50% не посильная задача ( - ясно что сезон и все устали,но не убрать чашку из под кофе за 2 часа что мы сидели ... уже и наши тарелки забирали после ужина , это занадто Плюсов значительно больше, мне все нравится учитывая зачем я выбирала место и цель поездки, но если бы не нюансы которые оставляют осадок ! Хочется чтобы немного управляющие контролировали процесс , чтоб я спокойно могла сюда отправлять клиентов ! 9 из 10

Reviewed By maedu61I visited around 18:00. The staff recommended 3 dish for me. The borshch, Banosh and beet mash room. All Ukraine food. I like Banosh , like mash potatoes. Beef’s taste like the Japanese taste. But a little bit taste strong. I enjoyed Ukraine food. 平日18時頃訪問すぐに窓際の席に通され、片言の英語を話すスタッフのオススメ三品を注文。ボルシチ、バーノッシユ、ビーフマッシュルーム。 バーノッシユはマッシュポテトとチーズを混ぜた感じのローカルフードで非常に気に入りました。 ビーフマッシュルームは日本の焼肉定食の様な味つけで寒い所だからか濃い目の味付けでしたが意外に美味しかったです。

Reviewed By martlumeIdeal for a group of 10 or so for a day and night of celebration. Great indoor pool area, nice yard, a number of couples rooms, two eating areas, great food, a bar. Room was 300 UAH per night, pool 200 UAH per hour (including lounging area around it, sauna, massage table and the yard). Rooms and interior had a nice cottage wooden style and were comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you're in this area.

Reviewed By Олексій СВ этом году обстоятельства сложились так, что отпуск наша семья решила провести на Закарпатье. Супруга выбрала эту мини-гостиницу и это оказалось очень удачное решение. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые, всегда оперативно реагируют на любые просьбы и вопросы. Номера чистые и уютные, особенно те, которые обставлены мебелью из натурального дерева (на фото). В Замке есть отличная парилка на 6 человек и небольшой бассейн, рядом стол и все необходимое для того чтобы выпить чаю или чего покрепче. А еще хозяева по просьбе гостей могут приготовить изумительно вкусный бограч на дровах. Во дворе есть песочница с игрушками для детей, а для взрослых - стол для игры в пин-понг. Кроме того, во дворе оборудована кухня с барбекюшницей и электроплитой - есть возможность самостоятельно готовить почти любые блюда (ограничения лишь в асортименте близлежаших магазинчиков). Из нюансов - удобства на этаже, но к этому быстро привыкаешь. Если Вы решили отдыхать в Поляне, смело выбирайте уютный Полянский Замок!

Reviewed By N6672MN_Нам был предоставлен номер на мансардном этаже. Разогнуться вы не сможете в полный рост. Очень грязные матрасы, постельное белье(с трудом относящееся к этому названию),грязные полотенца. В санузле жуткий грязный ёршик для унитаза, на полу брошен кусок линолеума, горячая вода еле течёт. И все это на такой площади номера, похожего на ночлежку!!! На Букинге стоит оценка 9,7 !!!! Враньё! Букинг , отвечайте за свой сайт:) Этому отелю оценка 2 максимум. Сбежали сломя голову, не остались не смотря на оплату одного дня. Наша просьба заменить белье и ёршик.... повергла хозяина в шок... Таким людям нельзя заниматься отельным бизнесом. Противопоказано! Это аферизм и мошенничество!
