Christopher (english spelling) has done a great job to create a friendly bar with good food and a great atmosphere in Wolsztyn.
He spent time in England and brought back ideas to Poland which were mixed with Polish dishes and good beer to create a good night out in Western Poland. Come to Wolsztyn to see working main line steam locomotives and then enjoy good food and service.
Also don't miss his new place Locomotiv round the corner and by the lake.

Have eaten here a couple of years ago with friends and really enjoyed the food and great value so made a return visit as we were in Wolsztyn - afain, on this visit we hsd good food and great value.
The medium sized pizzas (24cm) were juicy and well loaded with fresh toppings and on a base that was not too thick or thin (15.50-17.00 PLN each for ours). We had a nice bottle of Georgian wine (40 PLN) and a couple of liqueur coffees. Great value overall at less than 100 PLN (or less than £20) for our dinner.
The menu is in Polish only so take a phrase book to help out and staff speak very little English but are friendly and we got on fine.

Krótko mówiąc bardzo dobre jedzenie. Możliwość wyboru spośród kilku wyśmienitych dań kuchni tureckiej. Jeśli chodzi o szybkie jedzenie to zdecydowanie wybieram w Wolsztynie to miejsce. Osobiście polecam Lamadżun i połączenie ostrego sosu z delikatnym.

We usually go to that small but nice restaurant once in a while. The serve great polish food, all the classics and some dishes of their own. The food is always freshly made and very delishes. Who ever is on the road and hungry, should definetly visit the place. Menues are also available in English and German.

Locomotiva Restaurant & Pub

Locomotiva is modern pub&restaurant, which is located by the lake, and in the city center. We specialize in european and polish cuisine. Beautiful view on lake, cost atmosphere is great for meetings with friend or family. Our inspiration are steam locomotives from Wolsztyn.

Locomotiva is about as trendy as it gets in Poland, with the decor reflecting Wolszstyn as a steam railway centre. It's right by the lake and the menu is extensive. I don't eat meat, so I was happy to have the salmon and salad. Beer is inexpensive. I was with a tour group so cannot comment on value for money.

No i niedrogo.

Dwa dania. Minus - brak terminala do kart.

Przyzwoite domowe jedzenie w dobrej cenie, znacznie lepsze, niż sugeruje umiejscowienie lokalu (stacja paliw).
