Dirty rooms
Reviewed By Coastal56440761498Upon arriving, our suite balcony door was broken and we could not use it so we requested an upgrade at our expense. We got the ocean view room but no suite and went in to find it dirty (see pics below). We wiped down the table and took pics the 2nd and 3rd wash. We notified management and all they said was to let housekeeping come back up and do their job. I thought it was to be done prior to my arrival. If you want cleanliness, this is not the place. If you want common courtesy, this is not the place. Don’t take the chance, it’s not worth it. Go anywhere else.

You also get access to a restaurant and pool at the hotel next door. Cocoa Beach Pier is close. Will stay there again the next time we cruise from Port Canaveral.

Very close to the sea and the pier
Reviewed By mdalia541304Very nice structure. The breakfast was decent (just not too varied). For some reason they never cleaned my room in 5 days. The room was very clean and spacious, the internet also was very good. Extremely close to the pier, the sea and many venues. Perfect location!

Reviewed By ckzagHotel was clean and in a safe location. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Breakfast could have been little better, but overall we a decent stay and were pleased with the accommodations. Close walking distance to beach.

Reviewed By PT792Perfect little hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and good shower. Everywhere was spotless, we also loved the breakfast and the lazy river. The receptionists were very friendly and informative. On the first night there was a small problem with the tap in the bathroom and maintenance man was there in 10 minutes. This hotel is near the beach and an ideal stopover before our cruise from Port Canaveral. Thoroughly recommended.

The lobby and public areas including the pool and outdoor lounging area are very nice. My room was spacious with a decent view of the Atlantic. Room air conditioner was somewhat noisy and bed frame was not flush with the bed making a rocking motion when I went to get in and out of bed. All in all decent Courtyard and I would stay here again. I thought the rates were good for the beach.

Definitely not your Hilton
Reviewed By Marie SWe upgraded to ocean front the room was clean except blanket comforter And furniture which are very outdated. First time I covered furniture in sheets at a hotel! Baths and kitchen were clean and ok. Probably the most annoying thing about our stay was the sound of neighbors sliding doors opening and closing it’s so loud it sounds like thunder! They did update the TV recently which was nice. It was turtle season so no balcony lights after 9 pm and window shades must be closed but this was difficult due to the age of vertical blinds. Black out curtains would be much easier to move. We stayed for a week but the ocean front was Saturday to Saturday so Since we came on a Sunday they said we would have to move to a different room for our last day on Sunday! So instead of doing that we opted to just leave on Saturday. The restaurant we recommend is the Fresh Grill which is near the Publix.

Relaxed and chill atmosphere right on the beach
Reviewed By Kim LThe motel and its environment would need a total renovation but if you would need a very relaxed stay close to the beach, thin this might be the right place. The Cocoa beach is very much more relaxing in general compared to the tourist attractions more south down the coast. The motel has parking places, needs to be reserved in advanced, video surveillance and cleaning only after you are leaving. Still if staying several days you can ask for new towels linens etc. We stayed 4 days, enjoyed the beach and seeing countless dolphins.
