I've been there last month, its a vey beautiful hotel, i loved the beach there its totally clean, the swimming pool were gorgeous, the food is good, and the stuff is friendly. Except one, he was at the breakfast time, i asked for a cold water, the way he talked is disgusting then he ignored me and talked to another person. (The big guy with a white hair). This was my only issue. But its an expesive professional hotel, its a shame to when some one talk to me like that. But any way, see you soon.

Please do avoid here

My first time to give so low mark to accommodation …I would strongly recommend to avoid it if you can. Our room has not been made when we entered, or let’s say, dirty bed sheet , quilt and pillow cover, no slippers , no hot water… we called the reception desk many times till late night, they eventually gave us clean bed sheet and 2 slippers. But still 2 days no hot water. They always promised they would fix the problem in 2 min, nevertheless they never did and we waited (also happened to my friends’ room) for hours. The guy at reception desk was really arrogant and seemed not like being asked… My friend got cut on her hand by the rock on their beach, however the hotel did nothing..

Very bad At first I had good expectations about staying at the Aqaba intercontenantal Hotel, but it was shocking to look at what is happening inside, I felt very insulted when I see the neglect that occurs by the staff, especially in the morning breakfast period, which does not deserve to be called five stars but does not deserve one star And the manager of that restaurant was informed of the bad service and we only received an apology from him, so I advise those who want to stay in Aqaba for tourism not to approach that hotel
