Reviewed By Christine TThis hotel felt wonderful from the moment we entered the Reception and were offered a welcome drink. It is beautifully laid out with small courtyards and lots of flower beds. Superb room and comfort with lots of amenities. We spent two nights here and were loathe to leave!

VERY GOOD STAY IN PETRA
Reviewed By _dilettadiverio_1999We have been staying here for 2 nights! The hotel it’s right in front of the gate to visit Petra, so the location is perfect because you just go by walk. We had 2 rooms and both were perfectly clean; it’s very difficult to find such a clean place in this country! We had breakfast and dinner at the buffet: very nicely displayed and all the food tasted amazing, with a lot of different option (of course more typical dishes but very very good). All the staff was nice and polite, always ready to assist with any question or request. Being in Jordan this is a 5 star hotel! Really recommended and I will recommend it for sure!

Reviewed By _dilettadiverio_1999The resort is in an amazing location, which is actually the best part of the resort itself. We had 2 rooms for only one night! As soon as we entered the room towels were not there, in a double room only one towel in the single 0 towels, so we asked reception to bring them in, they were very fast but anyways not a good 1st impression. Apart from this, the hotel was average. It is old and not very well cleaned. There were many small details that are important in a five star hotel that were not taken care of; bathroom was not cleaned well, hairs from previous guests in the shower, the toilet itself had a missing piece and outside the room there is a balcony completely full of pigeons’s poop… I know it might be difficult but at least try to clean it because was the same outside the balcony of the restaurant. Food was very good! Nice variety and display also the drinks we took at the bar in the afternoon. Staff very nice and polite, but during COVID they could have done a really big refresh of the hotel itself… We were fine but just because was one night… really need to change the interior design and push on the cleaning part, doesn’t matter if the location is stunning but this are major details that need attention.

Wonderful end to Petra Visit
Reviewed By ETropeThis hotel was booked by the tour company so we did not know what to expect and we were so surprised and delighted to find this wonderful place. It is an old village converted into a lovely hotel- the views of the valley below are beautiful and the grounds are inviting. There is a permanent Bedouin tent to sit in and enjoy a mock tail ( no alcohol is served in this hotel) The room was constructed out of old stone but modern inside and extremely comfortable. The service was gracious and the dinner and breakfast were plentiful. The fellow travelers were warm and engaging and the proprietor of the little store in the hotel offered dates before showing us his stone carving skills. This place is a must if you are visiting Petra.
