We accidentally found this restaurant, definitely off the beaten path. It's all outdoor seating, so I think our party would've been happier if it wasn't so hot. Their drinks were fun and refreshing. My husband returned several times during the week for their grapefruit drink. I got the seafood tacos and they were delicious!

You know something is good when the place is packed. This was not a disappointment!! Very good food with a friendly waitress. There was a short wait to be seated but if it had been longer we could have drinks at the bar. Went there to watch the basketball game which was on and it was very nice! Would go there again!!

Very casual place (paper/Styrofoam) so not fancy dining. If you are looking for that, this is not your place. Huge serving of locally made fish spread that was tasty. We also had some steamed shrimp and grouper tacos. The shrimp was great. The tacos were good, but I think I would have like pico on them instead of salsa. Service was good and prices were great. Will definitely be back.

Been to this place twice and both were a disaster. Worst service since there is virtually no service. Staff ignore you for at least 10 minutes as they walk by doing nothing. When we did get served, they couldnât care less about you as a customer. Never have seen anything like it. First time we left with no service. Second time, one drink after waiting 10 minutes then was harassed by an extremely drunk and falling over man at the bar. Donât even give them a chance.

This buffet used to be amazing, but the last two times we came here the quality of the food is lacking. The prime rib was cold, extremely tough and fatty. We didn't have reservations on Saturday night and sat outside even though the dining room was half full with tons of empty seats. The hostess claimed they were for reservations even though their was no one waiting. The seafood was tasteless and all of the breads were extremely hard. The bbq chicken was the best thing and their was no other meat or steak option. Drinks and plates were served and cleared quickly by the best thing of the night our sever Yvanna.She was extremely pleasant, very friendly and most helpful. Being outside we got to see an amazing sunset, and Yvanna even offered to take pictures of us. She definitely made the night.We most likely will not come back to to Ocean Flame based on the past two experiences. Thank you for your feedback. We hope that you will visit again as we have made changes to the buffet recently.

This used to be a great locals bar with really friendly and welcoming staff. Not anymore!We were meeting friends for drinks at 9.30pm on a Friday evening. My friend ordered a Heineken beer and was told that there was only cold one left!! When she ordered a second some 30 minutes later, again she was told there were no cold ones. Does the Red Lion not have a fridge, freezer or ice???After 3 round of drinks, we were asked if we wanted out check to which we replied that we didn't. Three more times we were approached by the waitress asking if we wanted our check. After the fourth time of us saying no, she started to stack the chairs around us. Taking the hint, we left the bar at around 11.30pm even though the bar is advertised as being open until 2am.Overall the service was appalling. The bar was filthy and as for the toilets...â¦â¦â¦!!!! I appreciate the bar is a bit beaten up and rough around the edges but the welcoming service always made us overlook that. Now it's just a grotty dive bar. We won't be back!

Love the new ownership , new menu, but sadly they removed the cheese spinach dip from the appetizers.Like that their is a live band nightly.Love their fish fry, but, BIG BUT, why serve it in a basket with a paper under the fish, you cut a piece of fish and you also get the paper with it. Please stop this , its a pain in the butt to be picking paper off your fork.Thank you so much for the excellent feedback! We can definitely make sure the fish comes on a plate for you next time you're in, just let your server know ahead of time. We appreciate you!

There's a lot to like about this place - been going there for breakfast and dinner for years now. Don't think they've ever change the menu - but why should they? Very good variety of American steak and seafood choices. Under JD's Classics you can get a complete 5 oz sirloin dinner for $9.95 and you won't be hungry afterwards. Happy Hour is from 8am-6pm so get there by 5:30pm if you want to save a few bucks. Breakfast is excellent - my wife and share an omelet and it's the perfect way to go.

3 girlfriends having dinner with no reservation, but there was plenty of room at the high top tables in the bar! Chris T. was our server. We had a delicious meal, 2 of us had the yummy shrimp & grits and our friend had what looked like a loaded lobster roll! The house chardonnay wine was good - crisp and light - perfect with the shrimp.Thank you giving us the opportunity to serve you! We appreciate the 5 star rating and review and look forward to having you back soon!
