Went there with a friend for lunch after a long bike ride. I ordered a Reubin and a beer. The Reubin was excellent -- a generous portion of corned beef, well-grilled bread, fresh sauerkraut and perfect in every way. It came with a generous portion of fresh french fries, all for $7.95. Combine this with a craft beer from their large draft beer selection, and we have a winner. Fantastic lunch choice. The only minor issue is that service can a little slow. But we went there on a Sunday, so we watched football while we waited.

I went here last weekend to get takeout. I was really hopeful that their mac and cheese with chicken would be good because it looked amazing on the website. Unfortunately, the food was awful at best. They charged a surcharge even though we came into the restaurant to get our food (I guess they usually bring it out to your car) and the food wasn't good at all. My boyfriend's order should have had a side of fries but there were only like four in the box. Maybe the restaurant is better when you actually eat there but their take out needs some work.Hello - This is the 99 Restaurantsâ Guest Relations Department. Had good personal size pizza recently at Poopsie's. Restaurant was old and dated but fairly clean. Lunch service was good and price was reasonable, traditional barroom style pizza,

Stopped in here for lunch. The service was top-notch, very friendly and inviting in this Irish pub atmosphere. They have an okay selection of brews on tap and a full bar. The food is sort of hit or miss. A bowl of chili was pretty disappointing -- loaded with celery (which is a felony in my book) and green bell pepper (a misdemeanor). On the other hand, the onion rings were some of the best we've ever had, hand cut, thin, and lightly dusted and fried to a fare-the-well. Really great. We'd certainly come back for the rings and the friendly vibe.

This particular location looks quite nice...very appealing. It was relatively quiet...that was a surprise. We ordered wings and burgers. The wings were okay but the burgers were a big disappointment...very dry...the beef patties almost seemed to be pre-cooked, then warmed up as orders came in....also, the shoestring fries were dry and disappointing. I would have expected the food to be fresh and flavorful... itâs too bad. This place looks like it could be nice....not on this occasion.

My wife and I waited at the bar until friends came for us to be seated at a table. Alan, the bartender is a great guy and very attentive. Portions are large. The Bacon Mac and Cheese was humongous and would feed two people. All fresh food including side vegetables. The curried chips are a must. A British style curried gravy over french fries...Awesome! The grilled shrimp app. was great too. Love the ambiance. Cozy and warm pub atmosphere.

Nice to have a local upscale Sports Bar. Friendly staff with great ambiance with the sports bar mantality where they remember there customers. Also great food. I highly recommend the grilled cauliflower might sound a little weird paying 14.95 for cauliflower but well worth it.

Your local British pub with an American address!
Service was good. Menu was typical for a pizza/pub joint. Had a mushroom and spinach pizza which was very good. Good draft beer.

Well, disappointed with our visit to Alumni. Kids burgers were nicknamed "hockey pucks", meatless burger was not good, steak tips were so tough and soup (chicken wild rice) was not good. We all left food. The owner was there and I should of said something. My mistake
