Service was slow even when the restaurant was nearly empty. Pizza was not the worst I've had in town (*cough cough Papa John's at any of the two locations in town cough*) but definitely not the best. The pizza is very bready and way too thick for my liking. The prices are also really expensive for what you get. Overall, I won't be returning and I don't think it's a good deal. Only reason they're not getting one star is that I reserve that rating for truly ghastly experiences.

We took my daughter and her friends here for dinner during parents weekend at Ole Miss.All of us agreed our food was great!Our server, Cori, was outstanding.She was friendly, personable and gave great recommendations for food choices.We will definitely be back during future visits to Oxford.

Have had Newk's Roast Beef Sandwich several times over the last couple of years. It's advertised as being medium rare, but this is the first time it actually was medium rare. All other times, it was served medium, which was good but not as great as this medium rare serving. I had my sandwich with a side of Simple Salad. half portion. My wife had Newk's Black and Blue Salad, which had sliced steak in it. Both salads were very, very good. Service was quick friendly. I still enjoy the comp selection of pickles and hot peppers Newk's has on the table in the middle of the restaurant, along with croutons and bread sticks.

I had been hearing people talk about the originality and authenticity of the Lost Pizza Company a while. A few of my co-workers gave it rave reviews. So I knew it was time for me to explore this place for myself. When I first walked in I was sceptical. But it grew on me. It was hard trying to choose what I wanted to try first because there were so many options of pizzas to choose from. Not only pizza but side items as well. I finally ended up deciding on "The Otis". As we waited on our order we went upstairs to the bar/eating area/patio. Now, I'm impressed. The atmosphere and decor was rustic yet inviting. We decided to have a drink while we waited on our food. The bartender was nice and the long island was really good. Omygosh......The pizza tho, cam you say absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The crust was crispy and it was over flowing over with toppings. The cheese, the cheese, the cheese!!! Now I see what everybody was raving about. The cheese sticks were delicious as well. If you like cheese like I do. Get them!!! You'll be glad you did. This review is was first trip to lost pizza. Since then I've been several times. This is my new spot for some real authentic pizza. If you're ever in Oxford, I encourage you to swing by Lost Pizza Company. You will not be disappointed.

We like Newk's - we go weekly when there is one near us. This is not our "going out for dinner or lunch-it is a special time" place. It is our go to place for reliably fresh food that is prepared on site.Servers are friendly and helpful. Lots of extra's and plenty of self serve drinks. They have a vat of sweet tea made with Splenda.They have things for about every appetite and we like this group of restaurants. Refreshing when traveling!

I was there with the SEWSA conference and several dozen members took up an entire room. The service was as efficient as it could be under these circumstances and the food was outstanding. Way to go, Proud Larry's. I loved your posters and hope to return someday to hear live music.

Oxford was our stopover on a drive from Chicago to New Orleans. We parked across the street from the restaurant and decided to give it a try. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We ordered a build-your-own pizza. Well made thin crust with fresh ingredients. Our leftovers tasted just as good the next day. Will return again.

We brought 6 teenagers to Ole Miss for a college visit, and after much debate we selected Soulshine Pizza over the Ajax Diner for lunch. I'm sure we would've enjoyed the other too, but... the everybody absolutely loved the pizza at Soulshine. It was a win. This was a great choice for a good sized group (8 total people) on a college visit. It's also within walking distance of the charming downtown shopping options. Interesting, delicious cocktails that change seasonally. The pizza is to die for and the service beats all. The chopped salad, grilled bread, and marinated olives are not to be missed. Interior design is beautiful, especially the amazing light in the women's washroom.
