Giovanni's Famous Pizza

North End eats in the Natick streets! Homemade Italian cuisine, Come try our amazing pizzas or a yummy pasta dinner. Giovanni's is also known for our subs, especially the famous Porchetta.

While calling oneself "Famous" may be just advertising puffery... this stuff is pretty scrumptious. Hidden in the back of a house. This unassuming pizza shop offers mastery of flavor. They start with better ingredients and the finesse is love by the owner who staffs the place. We got two steak and cheese subs. A large carmelized onion and sausage pizza-AHHHHMAZING!She knew we were first timers. She hoped we'd agree with the "famous" in the company name. Puffery - no. Factoid - yes. She now has us pining for more. We will be back.

Arcade fun, climbing space on the ceiling, little baby rides, games of chance make your kids happy for a hour or so. Perfect for ages 2 to 8. Pizza is better than Pizza Hut, but not a grown-up meal. They have added wings and veggies, but that is not the real reason the young ones like it. The coupons add up for a "cheesy" reward - plastic top, lizard or twisty straw?? The kids are thrilled. You are the hero parent or grandparent. Watch for the coupons in local Sunday paper for extra coins or special events. Security measures are in place to count the number of guests in your party so no child disappears out the door with someone else. You do have to watch your child, however, but adults are cautioned it to climb into the tube climbing space - too tight! Generally a nice place to go which is safe, interactive and fun for young children.

Really a treat for your taste-buds especially if you like/love authentic Italian cuisine. The sauce reminds me of my childhood in New York. I would recommend the parmigiano dishes, the spaghetti and meatballs which I like a lot and really any of the ethnic Italian fare. The cheese pizza is a New York style thin crust. All in all, a neat little place in Natick.

Was in the Natick MA area and looking for an Italian restaurant. Found Ziti’s and expected an OK meal. It was excellent!!! Very casual, warm, friendly place with absolutely delicious food! The meatballs are like grandma used to make and, the true test for this Italian guy: All the pasta was cooked al dente and the spaghetti was served with a fork and spoon. Perfect!!!

A manager of mine researched Kings and we took a 15 party work group to spend a few hours catching up outside of work. The vibe was great and the staff was very familiar with large parties. There was no problems keeping up with our myriad of drink orders and random apps thrown at them. Bowling was also a blast, and we were able to book lanes next to each other to fit the size of our group. With it being conveniently placed to i-95, there was no problems with people commuting back after the work function.Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a nice review. You are correct in that we are no stranger to large parties and work groups. One of our favorite things is hosting groups of co-workers and giving them a space to let loose and have fun together. We hope to see you back soon, I can also recommend coming for Trivia on Mondays or Karaoke on Thursdays, both are great for groups. Thank you again.

I have been going to CPK for over 20 years and always have a good experience there. It is our go-to for takeout. The salads are great, the soup is delicious, the pizza is very good quality and pastas are perfect, too. If you're into dessert, that has never disappointed either. The kids' meals are generous and my picky eaters love the pastas. Overall, it might be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for here. It is very good!

Been a few years, thought we'd try this place again. This time on a Monday when there wouldn't be live music in a sports bar. Place was busier than expected, but not so busy to explain the slow getting seated, the slow food coming, the slow (ok, never) dressing for the dish, the slow picking up of the check, the non-existent filling of the glasses.Prices aren't bad, food is ok at best. I'll give it another 3 years and see how they are doing then, if they are still around

Our hotel shuttle brought us out for some dinner and adult beverages. This place really hit the spot. The beers and food were really good and really hit the spot. The atmosphere, even on a Tuesday night, was great. I left completely stuffed! I'd like to go back and try some more of their beers and different menu items.
