I am new to the area and asked around for a good, traditional pizza place. La Porta was mentioned, and I was not disappointed. Pizza was very good and at a low price. Service was also very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely be returning!

We did a take out order for pizza and wings. Both were excellent. Although Buffalo is famous for their wings, they also have great pizza and Franco's is no exception. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, works pizza and medium wings. All were great. The place is super busy which is a good sign, and our order came out at a reasonable time. I will definitely come back.Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! Weâre glad you enjoyed our pizza and wings. Please come again soon!

Excellent lunch on Sunday afternoon! Plenty of parking available, great customer service, made to order and served accurately. They have sesame seed sub rolls available which is that added special touch I appreciate. Sign says home of the chicken finger sub and they are not lying. We also value that we can pick up a 2 liter to drink at our table instead of over priced fountain drinks other places make you order - here they offer you a choice. Chicken fingers have perfect amount of crunch and flavor. They deliver orders right to your table. Restaurant seems to be in a constant state of remodeling over the past couple years but never messy or dirty.

Decor: stark. Clarity as to how to order: poor. We did finally spot a couple of photocopies of a menu after another patron gave us the hint that we had to look on the counter for them. Amenities: napkins, plastic forks & knives, salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese etc. were found sitting on another counter nearby. That's ONE set of salt, pepper and cheese etc. for the whole place, with a sign posted saying, "Please do not keep the condiments at your table - return them here," something to that effect. It was quite busy, so maybe their pizza is wonderful. Or maybe their location near local hotels and the university just keeps fresh victims coming in. We'll never know because we are not going back. The prices were not especially cheap and our dishes were tasteless. I had eggplant rollatini, which was a reheated, squishy affair unadorned with any discernible spice. The red sauce was equally bland and thin. My husband ordered pasta with Marinara sauce. This was even more thin and watery-looking than mine, and when I sampled a taste I swear it tasted of fish. So, if you feel brave, go in and try their pizza ... but order pasta dishes at your own risk. We'll take a pass next time and go somewhere else - anywhere else.

Amherst Pizza and Ale HouseGetzvilleA Friendly LocationHave not been back to this location in quite some time. US exchange rate a major factor, for us Canadians LOL, however their wings are a reason we decided to treat ourselves. A 2Lb order of Royal Crown Sauce slightly charred. as good as always Quite tasty, but a bit over done this time ; tried the Loaded Fries Bacon & cheese, VERY filing. This local restaurant bar has a large variety of micro brewery beers on tap and in bottles. FYI some of the beer flavours change regularly. All in all we had lots and left overs to bring home . 7 or 8 large screens having many differet shorting events televised. Friday nite Hocky Sabers games must be quite the place to have a few brews and some wings ..

Leonardi's has really good pizza pies. You can order full or half pizzas. They have take out, no seating inside. They do not serve individual slices. But they do have delivery.

Locally owned and operated, we are one of Buffalo's Most Unique casual dinning restaurants. Our menu includes homemade soups, gourmet pizzas, calzones, pastas, sandwiches. We also serve Gluten-Free items including pasta and pizza. Private dining is also a
Went here for dinner with family. We were sat right away. I ordered a house salad to start with balsamic dressing which was decent. Variety of greens and the common veggie variety for a house salad, all fresh.I ordered the shrimp scampi for my entree. It was decent. Good sized shrimp on the top but way too much liquid on the bottom of the bowl. The linguine was definitely not drained enough with that much liquid on the bottom of the bowl. Our waiter was pleasant and courteous. What really upset me was one of their waiters or busboys was vaping in the restaurant in Plain view and on top of that he blew his smoke towards open top water pitchers. The same water pitchers they were using to serve us and other tables. Utterly disgusting and made me promise to never come back to this place again. I didn't think vaping in a restaurant was allowed (not sure on the law) but to visibly blow the smoke at the tops of the open water pitchers is disgusting and unsanitary. I'll never come back to this place. We will look into this. Vaping is not allowed by customers or employees. We do not use pitchers to fill anything what were you referring too. Everyone water is filled at the bar. Please email us some more information. [email protected]

We visited Santora's while staying at a hotel down the street. The restaurant has a large bar and lots of TVs. We sat in the dining area in a booth. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Our pizza was very hot and good. The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp and good. We enjoyed our visit and would return.
