Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, and quiet. The decor was cute, very western. Breakfast was satisfactory, the usual continental affair. We enjoyed our stay here, and would stay here again if we are ever back this way.

Great stay in Jackson

Stayed here one night on the way into the parks. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Close to downtown, but just far enough away that it's not as crazy. A little pricey, but everything is expensive in Jackson, so comparatively not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, close to the park and town. It worked for us and reduced traffic problems to a minimum. Plenty of room in the room. It was quiet, and the mart nearby helped us prepare for days in the park itself.

This hotel is under construction and does not have parking for all of their rooms (as of 6/22) so the rude front desk clerk told us about on-street parking and nearby parking lots that all had various restrictions. At 3AM their trash truck shows up in the alley next to the rooms banging loudly.

No A/C in all 3 rooms we tried-temp 78

We were given room 208 & the evening supervisor (Jessie, I believe) was unable to get the air conditioning to work in this room. We were transferred to room 209, and the nighttime supervisor (CJ) was unable to turn on any air conditioning in the room. He then transferred us to room 210. The thermostat read 78 degrees, but appeared to be decreasing. Unfortunately it never went below 74 the whole night though we kept getting up to check it, despite turning it to 67. Shelly (GM) in the morning took $20 off our bill stating “we’ve known this is a problem and have the part in order to come in.” I had asked CJ if this was a problem and all the rooms were like this and he stated “no, someone came to look at the units last week.” We could not sleep due to the lack of temperature control. Will not return.

5 star hotel!

Older motel but very nice and clean! The bathroom was larger then normal with a nice shelf to put your things on. The towels were folded in animal shapes making you think you were in a posh hotel or on a cruise. My kids loved them! There was a table and chairs, dresser, and plenty of plugins! The room didn't look like a hotel room. It was decorative and pleasing to the eye. You won't be disappointed!
