We are located in Kizungu, a desirable suburb of Entebbe only a few minutes drive from the International Airport. This very quiet hotel with 16 en-suite rooms is ideally suited for business and recreational traveller's seeking accommodation before and after their travel within Uganda. The hotel is conveniently situated in a serene environment but close to tourist facilities within Entebbe.

Reviewed By Lolo1933In January 2022, I spent 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel while I was quarantining with a mild case of COVID. I had to delay my departure several times due to COVID & to flight cancellations. The staff and proprietors were so kind, helpful and flexible, that they turned an uncertain time into a relaxed, restful and healing interlude. I wish I could give them more stars and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Uganda. The Sunset Hotel is located on a quiet and safe street near the airport and in walking distance to markets and the shore of Lake Victoria. The rooms are lovely and well appointed, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, always hot water and a good shower. Many have patios and access to 2 pretty gardens with mango trees and flowers. Breakfast is included with hot and nutritious food. There’s a restaurant on site for daily meals with both a European and Ugandan menu. Very highly recommended for either a short or longer stay.

A good hotel for business clients and also for the leisure travellers, Fort Motel is perfectly located in the prime residential Fort Portal town area. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant overlooking the garden or swimming pool suitable for open-air dining. Fort Motel's 21 rooms (including the annex) offer easy access to all the sites in town. All Kabarole area local attractions and activities can be easily done as a day trip from the hotel. The rooms are just as impressive as the communal areas. Tile floors/carpeted floor support comfortable warm beds and each room boasts a walk-in shower or bathtub with both warm and cold water. We are a three star hotel in Fort Portal providing accommodation, conference hall, Wifi, sauna and steam bath, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, kids' playgrounds with swings and other games, gardens for various functions.

Reviewed By Pioneer762477This was my first time staying here. We arrived after 2am and John and his team greeted us, took out bags and had our rooms in very clean order. Rooms are spacious. Included bottle water and a fan and after a long flight they were appreciated. Breakfast was made to order and the team is so helpful and make you feel like a B&B. We stayed again on the night before our flight and it was just as good. I am with a team from the USA on mission work and we could not be more grateful for the hospitality. Thank you!

Reviewed By mtalii22Good rooms and clean. The proximity to the airport just makes it a hit. Close to everything you need in Entebbe. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist at anytime. When i requested for more toiletaries they were delivered without any problem.

The rooms are large and with fresh linen.Guest Room amenities include mini bar, sitting area, and some rooms with sunset or sunrise view from balcony. We are the most affordable quality self-contained cottage accommodation in Entebbe - Uganda. Cottages are on single, double and twin occupancy at $30, $40 and $45 respectively. We are Entebbe's accommodation nearest to Entebbe International Airport. Our rates are decently priced (bed & breakfast).

Reviewed By 772AndrewM772This mock safari lodge is a short taxi ride from Entebbe airport. It is reassuringly close to a large UN base but has a charm and tranquility of it's own. I stayed with a group from my school in one of the lodges. The room was basic but adequate, there was plenty of hot water and very quiet. The courtyard restaurant is very good and economical and there are useful amenities in walking distance. I got a significantly better rate of exchange at the local bureau than the airport was offering. I recommend for a short stay or lay over from the airport. The staff are polite and very good English speakers.

Reviewed By Bo35The name is changed, but it's pretty much the same place. The biggest complaint is the "restaurant" next door which blasts horrible music (think strangled cat) all-night long. Too bad because otherwise this place would be pretty perfect.
