This motel at one time, had a horrible reputation, and we unfortunately, have witnessed some of the riffraff. HOWEVER! It is now a decent, clean, and operated by a very nice and caring owner. The new staff is nice, the rooms are updated and clean. The beds are comfortable and the pool is clean. It is so much nicer than the once hooker,drugs and cop place it once was.We are glad to see caring owners and the progress they have made over the years.

Reviewed By Indymom1We have been here for 3 weeks and love it. This is our "home " for 7 weeks while my husband is getting medical treatment. We love the separate bedroom, large closet, plenty of storage space, 2 big TV's, good internet, pullout couch, and kitchen. The kitchen has everything except for an oven. It is great to have a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. There isn't a hot breakfast due to covid precautions but they provide a grab and go bag with muffin, granola bar and apple. You can get hot coffee or tea also. The employees have all been helpful, friendly and kind! There is a gym area, laundry room, basketball court and a pool. The hotel is in an industrial area but close to interstate, restaurants and stores. The bed is so comfy, the shower works great, there are trees outside your window, heat and air are great. Pretty perfect!

Reviewed By Laura JThe only good thing about staying in this motel was finding out that everything else was booked due to a concert in Cincinnati. Thankfully, we had a room reserved, though they made me jump through hoops to pay for it. Our room was filthy: the floor left our socks black, the armchair was in dire need of cleaning, there was trash under the chair, the bathroom floor was yucky, there was scum around the sink (which lacked a plug), and there was scum in the bathtub. The bathroom floor had been "repaired at"; that is, some tiles had been replaced with mis-matched tiles, they hadn't been properly worked around the toilet, and toilet bolts were sticking up, a clear safety hazard. The shower curtain rod was improperly installed, causing the curtain to slide toward the middle; this, in turn, caused water to spray all over the toilet and bathroom floor. The bathroom door scraped on the floor due to the poor floor repair, and the bathroom amenities were paltry. The laminate flooring in the main room was bouncy, possibly installed directly over a carpet; the desk chair fell over when my husband sat in it (thankfully he was not hurt, but when he took it to the lobby, their response was lukewarm and they did not offer to replace it). The desk was just a small patio table, the fridge tiny, and nothing but a small rack to serve as a closet. NO COFFEE MAKER! Considering they didn't offer anything in the lobby (which isn't very welcoming), the least they could do is put a small coffee maker in the room! And the a/c unit was crappy: to get it to work, we had to keep turning it off and then on again. Outside the room: the place is in serious need of maintenance all over, with tripping hazards on the stairs, stucco on the overhead beam cracking, split fascia boards, and water-damaged soffits (we're retired contractors, so we notice these things). The vending machine had nothing, the ice machine on the first floor was out of order (and appeared to have been that way for some time), the hot tub was covered over such that no way could it be used, and the indoor pool was COLD. We were thankful to have a place to stay for the one night we needed it, but we could not get out of there soon enough in the morning. This wasn't our worst motel/hotel experience.... but it was mighty close

THERE is NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. You would have to take your towels and things to the office the next day to get them sent out and brought back. They brought us a broom and a mop and a mop bucket. REALLY. .WTF They had no bleach, dissenfectant nor soap for the mop bucket that some idiot thought we were actually going to use ourselves to clean this PLACE. We . Left and went to Motel 6 a short ways off. Will never stay in a xxxxx xxxxxx place like this..........ever{

Reviewed By codystepp22All the workers were rude except the 1 guy that checked us in. Tv didn’t work. Internet was horrible and the rooms weren’t cleaned . I told them about the problems but they could care less. They said I should have checked everything before checking in. I’ve never experienced problems like this with any other hotel and I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels

Front desk sent me to the second floor to a room that the furniture was tore up and the bed looked like it had a big whole in the center. The female at the front desk was very rode when I said I not staying ! She told priceline that they didnt want me there ?

Reviewed By chaz1854Booked 2 rooms here because of proximity to the airport. Room 206 was INFESTED with tiny biting bloodsucking bugs which left red splats whenever swatted. Poor night sleep for me and a bad start for a flight the next day. This was a Friday night and it seems some locals use this hotel as a party house on the weekend, running and carousing up and down the hall all night banging on random doors. Sounded like a zoo. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Managers answer to this problem? A shirk.
